The agent did a great job up setting up my complete system and responding to all my questions. He was very courteous and professional throughout the process, and even arrived onsite slightly ahead of the appointment.

The agent corrected the problem that I had called about on my computer that involved some corrupted files. In addition, he gave me good advice on how to prevent similar problems in the future. He also showed me some other features of Windows 11 that should make my tasks a bit easier to complete.

The original appointment went poorly because it was entered incorrectly and the service person never came. I went to the store and the person at customer service was very nice and efficient. She scheduled another appointment. The reason I gave 5 stars is because, even though I had a disappointment, the problem was corrected without a lot excuses. The second appointment went off without a hitch. The GEEK squad technician was great and diagnosed my ZOOM problem and the fix he suggested is great.

Nic fixed every issue I "thought" I had with my computer and put me on the right track to improve my capabilities. He's a real professional who obviously has years of experience and superb customer service skills. Best Buy needs to take great care of this professional. He does great work for you and fulfills/exceeds your customer needs.

Awesome service to repair my TV. An appointment was set fairly quick to address my issues. An agent/professional was sent out to access my soundbar and tv to find out what is the problem. An additional appointment was made for the agent/professional to return to repair my tv.
