We were happy that the Tech was at our place early

Hauled away our old TV and cleaned up after he was done. He had answered all our questions.

Very pleased with my entire home office system.

The Geek Squad is a stress reducing service!

It’s so nice sitting down at the computer and being able to get things done without pop-ups and other interference. I was so happy with the job he did that I bought an annual service subscription to the Geek Squad!

An agent/professional was sent out to access my soundbar and tv to find out what is the problem. An additional appointment was made for the agent/professional to return to repair my tv.

Awesome squad member even without her cape

He's a real professional who obviously has years of experience and superb customer service skills. Best Buy needs to take great care of this professional. He does great work for you and fulfills/exceeds your customer needs.

Geek Squad is Awesome!

He was GREAT!!! Very courteous, answered all my questions and concerns, and was very patient with me. I will definitely be using them again.
