It is helpful to iron my clothes pretty quick. However, the size is to big for traveling. Price is reasonable and is worth of it.

Using it upright at medium leaked and spit water all over the clothes I bought for a wedding we were attending that day. Thank goodness the material dried without water stains. I used this as a basic iron after that, but I will be returning this. Stick with your basic higher end iron, this is a fail. Also, the water tank runs out of water quickly, I had to refill twice just to steam a dress. Also it's sort of heavy.

It is a very dishonest company. I bought a steamer a year ago but never used it. Recently they took it out, turned it on and it doesn't work. I contacted the store and they said the expiration date has passed and they can't do anything. I have a problem with your product, I already wrote to them, they promised to extend the warranty and exchange my product, but they still haven't responded.
