I have seen so many negative reviews for this movie, that I almost didn't buy it. I had missed it in the theater and I really wanted to see it, so I took a chance. Granted a better job could have been done with the plot, by both the lack of and holes. However, the action more than makes up for the week plot point. Jason Momoa rocks during the fight scenes. Lots of blood of course. The CG effects were realistic and the landscapes really made the film. It you are just looking for a good entertaining popcorn movie, then this is your film. If you looking for something with substance, go see a chick flic.

I didn't expect it to be an exact copy of the original and it was not. I bought the 3D version to try out my new 3D TV and and some parts are really good, while other parts are a little blurry. All in all, I was entertained and that is what I watch movies for.

Momoa was awesome as Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones, will be great as Aquaman and is just entertaining to watch as Conan. Purchased as a Cyber Monday Deal paid under $7 so I'm happy.

Sheer awesome action thrilling movie from beginning to the end!!!

The new Conan is a fun remake of the original. Good action and decent acting.

I LIKE GOOD FIGHTING MOVIES,SIT BACK AND ENJOY THIS ONE

It's not a great film, but it's decent entertainment, even with all its faults. But the features are good and it''s got the 3D version too. I say it's worth a blind buy for $5.

The reinvention of Conan for the new age was fantastic. Everything that made the original great was integrated into this as well. Mindless action at its finest. I wish they would have continued on to do another movie or two.

Overall the movie was decent, but where this movie really shined was with the 3D! I have a Vizio 48" 3D capable television and "Conan" is one of the best 3D movies I have watched at home.

copied some of original tale,then went off trying to squeeze all ages of interest into movie.costumes looked like cheap Halloween getups .That pretty boy jason should have been picked for tv series of conan .he may have tried but couldn't overcome poor script.if we care about the characters by a good story the rest comes together.You shouldn't make adult horror movie for kids.If you do it well we will go see and buy.

It was a fun movie to watch, I like the actor playing Conan.

The movie has a good a beginning, the middle and the end not so good. As for the 3D It wasnt good it was like i was watching a 2D movie in a 3D mode! I did not enjoyed this movie.

I bought it because I have a 3D computer and wanted to check out the graphics. This movie was not filmed totally in 3D and therefore, we did not need to use the 3D glasses as much.

Short and sweet... the movie sucked, horrible 3d.. no depth to 3d or the story itself.. guys saves girl from big evil guy.. WOW! What a fail! It had so much potential with effects, and just stunning environments, colors.. colors man LOL! Seriously, wait until it's 4.99 or free ... Actually I recommend not even buying, or renting. I love cheesy cult classic, I love adventure movies, Sci-fi, and I loath this movie!

NO 3D AT ALL.. TOO MUCH VIOLENCE & TOO MUCH BLOOD... NOT PLOT AT ALL.
