I love this coffee cup!! So much so the little tab at top came off and now I can't commute with it as much as I love it so I leave it at work. One of the best travel mugs I have ever purchased Only gave it 3 stars because it didn't hold up

Bought this for my car. Does an ok job at keeping things cold and hot.

The cup probably works very well, but I would not buy it again. The stainless steel one might be better, but the one with blue finish shows all the scratches. Didn't even use it because the outside looked used. I returned it.

the handle on the cup broke after the 6th use i would not recommend this cup to anyone we never washed it in the dish washer, it also never kept the coffee hot for the length of time it says on the out side of the cup.

Took it back didn't keep my drink as hot got cold to fast. don't think the price I paid $19.99 was worth it felt I was just paying for the name and that's it.

This mug has it all. Hot coffee for hours, fits in the cup holder, cool to the touch, totally spill proof, convenient handle, and trigger activation with one touch lock! It doesn't get any better than this.

Keeps coffee hot, the lid keeps the coffee from spilling even if it slips out off your hands it doesn't spill out. My husband likes them so much we bought several as gifts for co-workers & friends. Since these mugs are stainless you can put other drinks, such as tea & not taste coffee, because the stainless doesn't absorb flavors. Enjoy your warm beverages warm.

Got it on sale. Cheapest price I could find online. The mug insulates well. Wish it were a little bit bigger.

Great mug, works as advertised. I like my coffee hot, so keeping it hot for some time is important to me. To test the mug, I put a cup of coffee in the microwave and heated it to just a bit above drinking temperature. I pre heated the mug with hot tap water then poured the coffee into the mug. I tested it 30 minutes later....nice and hot and drinkable. After a total of an hour in the mug, the coffee was still pretty hot...easy to drink. By an hour an ten minutes it was still drinkable, but it wouldn't be hot enough for me after any more time. No way it will keep a hot beverage hot for 4 hours, or even 2 in my opinion.

This mug retains heat well, and was effectively spill-proof. Unfortunately, the plunger mechanism that seals it can be somewhat hard to clean, even after running in the dishwasher. I had tea in it one day, and it smelled and left a tea taste in my coffee for a long time afterwards. After about 4 months, it started to leak. The sipping seal worked fine, but the lid seal failed, so anytime I drank from the left side of the container, it leaked on my clothes and my SUV console. I wish it had been more reliable, because it started out very promising.

I have been using one of these, in another color, for awhile for my hot tea and love it. I bought this one in blue and now put ice and water in it and leave it in my car during the day, even on hot summer days, and I still have cold water at the end of the day....and it is safe because it is in a stainless steel container rather than a plastic water bottle which can cause problems, especially in a hot car!

This is as good as the "other" popular stainless steel tumbler in keeping things hot and cold for extremely long times. I like this much better because the price is $10 less expensive than the "other", sometimes goes on sale (the "other" never goes on sale) and it seals - I throw it in my bag sometimes and nothing spills...the "other" has an open hole that spills liquid out if tipped over.

This is the best mug in the world and I own four of them.

Liked the mug, was a great price on clearance, nice build quality, but returned it, I liked my other Contigo mug better.

Purchased as a Christmas gift in December 2013. The lid broke in March 2014. Contacted Contigo for their "Lifetime Guarantee" and they simply said it is not covered?? The lid separated into 2 pieces due to cheap Chinese manufacturing process. It just came apart and that is not covered under a "Lifetime Guarantee" . I have other coffee mugs that are 10 years old that cost 1/4 of the amount. Going back to those!
