    I find it bulky/cumbersome. A little too big for my (woman's average-sized) hand. I don't mind drinking my hot drinks at room temp, but if you want it to stay really hot I'm not sure this is the one to buy.

    Not impressed- when I read reviews I got the impression it would keep my coffee hot for several hours. I didn't think it stayed hot very long and I also thought it is not comfortable to drink from this style top

    the lid had a chip out of it and best buy service rep was unable (Not Unwilling) to ship a new one. I would have had to pay for another one and send the original back for a refund.
