The cup was not made of stainless, so I returned it.

I thought they would be more thermal. They don't keep the coffee hot!

This is my favorite coffee cup!!! It never spills , is quite durable & almost a year later still looks brand new.

Bad design because coffee leaks from the handle. Once the cup returns to the vertical position coffee drains from the bottom of the handle and ruins your shirt/pants.

I bought this item because the color was cute and the price was reasonable. However it is not a thermos. It is simply coffe mug but close. It gives the heat and cold outside of the bottle and irritates you. I returned it the other day..

Purchased this mug at clearance; not too bad for a few dollar mug. It's leak proofed as described. However, it does not have good insulation, but not bad keeping coffee hot for 30 minutes.

love that either hand can "slide open the door" to drink out of it.

I thought this was stainless steel...it is plastic. My fault for not reading the description thoroughly.

I prefer mugs without handles, but this handle is actually quite comfortable and easy to use, even while driving. The push button on top of the handle is easy to use - once I used it a few times, I no longer have to think about it - excellent placement and design. Though the mug is plastic, it is double-walled, so it does keep my coffee hot for a reasonable amount of time - not as great as my metal mug, but then again, the metal one cost almost twice as much (well, actually, since I got this on the daily deal, the metal one was actually 5x as much). Added bonus - it fits (sort of) in the smaller-than-average cup holder in my Pontiac Vibe. Overall I am very happy with this mug. However, if you, like me, have a habit of forgetting your coffee mug on top of your vehicle and driving off, only to be reminded that it was there by the sound of it crashing to the ground as you drive away, you might want to consider a metal mug - I'm pretty sure this one will not survive most typical falls off the top of a moving vehicle onto the cement. That said, I knew it was plastic when I bought it, and the plastic seems like it would hold up just fine for most typical drops, so I can't ding it for that. :-)

This did not keep liquid hot. I heated water to test it (without getting it dirty), it didn't keep it hot at all.

Pretty small capacity. I'm used to having way more coffee in the morning than 16oz. That said, the seal is awesome- I don't stir in the powdered creamer & sweetener, I just put the lid on and shake it like I would a protein shake container. Be sure to bleed the pressure off gently after shaking it- it the pressure inside is too great it'll sputter all into the handle and drip every time you take a sip for awhile (if this happens just take the lid off for a sec to flush the handle with water and shake it out well). It is not good for chugging...if you try and get greedy by tilting it too high you'll get liquid pouring through the unused sipping side into your face (un-fun). It doesn't sweat, but it's not good for keeping things hot...after about 30mins you need to microw- WAIT YOU CAN'T MICROWAVE THIS. (sad) 3 stars for "meh". Glad I got it on sale. Not a good value at full price, Contigo awesomness notwithstanding.

Stylish, great color and keeps my drink hot!!!!!!!

I grabbed two of these when they were on sale for a daily deal. I am huge tea drinker (coffee sometimes) and have an expensive double walled metal mug made for tea. I like these more for being on the go because they are spill proof (you can turn it on it's side, and it doesn't spill) and top rack dishwasher safe.

I purchased one each for myself and wife. Holds up good to microwave in heating and than keeps hot, hot also cold, cold. Excellent price! Associates who handled purchase said was going to buy one also. Automatic closure works fine and like that you can drink fron either side of lid. No need to turn handle anymore. Fits in car mug carrier to.....so far so good.

I love the purple color, nothing spills from this cup! You have to press a button on the handle to open it up for the drink to come out.
