PC was shutting off on its own due to an old worn-out part. After replacing it I’ve had zero issues.

Excellent performance. Even playing random gen, open world games this thing never lets my PC get above 45. Super easy to install; would recommend buying paste to go with it but it does come with some.

Keeps i3 Core (i1156) CPU temps low.
The installation of unit is easy and straight forward with instructions included in the box.
It came with extra pieces to add an extra fan if desired.

Been using it since last May I think. Still quiet and cooling my R5 3600. I set my PWM fan curve to keep it at 75% until 75C then up to 85%, but it never gets that hot. Even at 75% it's crazy quiet.

Usually I go with liquid cooling, but I was trying to complete a budget-build with some parts I had laying around so I could get rid of those spare parts and make a quick profit. I had an old Intel i7 3770k, Asus motherboard, 16gb of ddr3 RAM, an old Sapphire radeon 7970 and a spare power supply laying around that I didn't want to go to waste so I ordered a new case, a 500gb ssd, and this Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition. I had a few 120mm LED Cooler Master Fans as well from back before I upgraded to RGB fans and I actually replaced the 1 fan that this cooler came with, with 2 LED 120mm fans setup in a push-pull configuration. Tempuratures stayed within 20 degrees Fahrenheit of room temp even under heavy load! This looked really good in that build and I would definitely recommend it.

I have been using hyper 212 coolers for years on all builds I do for people and family, even for cpus that come with stock coolers. The more superior cooling and much quieter operation is very worth it.

Was confusing for a minute but once I paid more attention to how it was put in it was straightforward easy to put in. It is very quiet I highly recommend.

It’s my go-to for most systems! It’s easy enough to install, readily available, and I’ve had MANY through the years and they all stood the test of time. It’s not the coolest looking, or the coolest thermals possible, but it does the job for almost all use-case scenarios!

It's a cpu cooler. It has a large heat sink with a 120mm fan and pipes that connect to the cpu. It has all the required hardware including the thermal paste to mount it to AMD AM4 or AM5 cpus or Intel LGA 1700/1200/115x cpus

Fairly easy to install. Wasn't sure if it would fit in my case, but it went in just fine. Has been running for a while now and is quiet and seems smooth.
