Exactly what I was looking for, makes little to no noise.

Best Buy say it is compatible with AM3+, and it is not. Cooler Master only ships the 212 Hyper Black with AM4/AM5 and LGA 1700,1200,115X mounting brackets. I only gave 1 star do to it being that I can not use it and was mislead by the listing.

This cooler is a good value, working better than a stock cooler on most chips, looking good, and being cheap. You do, though, end up paying for these things in ease of use. The mounting bracket could use some work. Maybe its just the instructions, but the Noctua mounting system seem's much more sophisticated and easy to use.

Fans are loud i replaced them with nactuas i had already. Quantity seems good fits easily. But i have a 5900x and probably not enough cooling to run at max speed for any extended periods. But keeps cool enough at idle and medium loads.

I guess i had some high hope for this because of the price, but all in all it only got me 5 degree C cooler. But yet again for the price what are you expecting. For a cheap build this will do but if you have some high heat you may want to try different setups.

Putting on top of the cpu with thermal paste was the easy part. However the metal brackets that hold up the fan is very flimsy. It is impossible to get it to snap on no matter how many attempts. I just give up and let gravity hold it after I get the brackets on. If i accidently touch my case it just falls off so I'd have to juggle it back on again every time. But it can do its one job at least.

Wont cool high TDP CPU's, this one struggled with a low end ptocessor, tried with different thermal pastes, thermals still high, had to return it......
