This cooler is silent and keeps my CPU 15-20 degrees cooler while gaming over my old stock cooler.

I have an i7 6700 and already had good airflow in my Fractal Meshify C case (cooler fits easily in this case), but I had a gift card so I thought I'd giver this thing a shot. It's much quieter, especially when the PC turns on, no obnoxious fan spin up noise. The fan clips are a little annoying to use and the instructions leave a little bit to be desired, but overall it's a great value. As of my review, the YouTube channel "Gear Seekers" has both AMD and Intel installation videos. Temps from Intel's tuning utility during CPU stress test/gaming: Stock Intel Cooler: 36C min, 73C max, 63C average under load Hyper 212 Black: 27C min, 51C max, 43C average under load

Works as expected. Keeps a 96 watt CPU cool at 4.8 GHz. Installation was easy. It is too tall for smaller towers. Very quiet and well balanced.

So quiet, especially when set to quiet in BIOS. I built this into a new PC build, there was a hum from the box, thought it was this cooler. Boy was I wrong, my PSU had a max mode... I changed it to Eco mode, and am now a far happier man.

This CPU cooling fan does the trick but it was a lot harder to mount to the motherboard than necessary. Also, instructions and supplies were not the best. Outside of that, once you get it on- works like a champ.

This cooler is cheap and effective, and works great if you need to save money somewhere when buying a high end gaming computer. The clips that hold the fan to the radiator can be a bit finicky to deal with, but installation was not that difficult.

Easy install and works great. Directions were too Ikea like for me. Otherwise, 5 stars. Replaced a liquid cooled setup ( another brand ) that failed at 2 years. Temps immediately acceptable after install.

Really good CPU cooling fan - exactly what I wanted. LOTS of surface area for radiating heat, and great arrangement of heat pipes for pulling heat from the CPU. It's possible to put a fan on both sides (it just comes with one), but there was only room for one. (My motherboard arrangement has the RAM sticks pretty close to one side of the CPU.) Still, just the one fan has been more than sufficient. Most of the time it's whisper quiet. I can only hear it at all when I'm really cranking the CPU, and even then it isn't very loud.

Simple install and universal been needing new cooling and this was a great price

Great price, nice clean look, and quiet! Comes with thermal paste as well. Excellent value and cools my i7 10700 very well. Satisfied!
