The Cooler Master Hyper 212 is the ultimate "old reliable" of the PC building world, a legendary air cooler that has survived through nearly two decades of CPU socket changes. While it’s no longer the undisputed king of performance-per-dollar—especially with newer dual-tower competitors crowding the market—its slim profile and foolproof mounting system make it a dream for mid-range builds where RAM clearance is a concern.

Good CPU Cooling fan. I added another 120mm fan on the other side to keep the CPU even cooler.

It was easy to install, especially the fan with the clip ons. I like the variability in motherboard .support and it’s a strong less beefy tower-cooler.

Really easy to use and almost kept my cpu as cool as my liquid cooler.

This Cooler was amazing for the price and has a clean design, Although Not a big fan of the mounting hardware for the fan clips.

Definitely keeps the CPU cool however, when this thing gets running it’s loud.. My previous Noctua’s fans weren’t anywhere as loud it seems. I’ll definitely be changing out the fans themselves at some point.

My cpu cooling fan quit, so I replaced it with this one. Now I don't worry about it anymore. Works better than the stock setup.

This is such a great cooler upgrade if you have a stock cooler. I have a Ryzen 5 2600 not OC and with the stock wraith cooler I was getting 40 - 45 on idle and stressed testing it for 5 minutes managed to reach all the way up to 70c. With the Hyper 212 it is running around 27 - 33c on idle and stressed testing it again for 5 minutes managed to get it to 50c. I am happy with this product, it's nice looking and quiet. Also just to let you know it comes with a tube of thermal paste already.

Why need an aio when you have this. This does a great job cooling and is very quiet

I’m oficially done with liquid coolers. In the 4 years I’ve owned my PC I’ve had 3 of them fail. Either the pump goes or some of the liquid evaporates and my PC ends up shutting down due to high CPU temperatures. This air cooler works great and actually opens up the airflow in my system since theres no radiator in front of the case fans. My CPU is now running at a max temp of 40C. This is the best cooler for the vast majority of users! You may need something better only if you’re an extreme over clocker.

This was my first time ever buying and a using a cpu cooler other than stock and I will admit I was terrified when I was first installing it but it works well My old temps were: Idle between 50-65 Celsius and under load mid 80s now my idles are 45-50 and under load no higher than 62 much better Overall really nice and although a little scary to install at first it was quite easy

I bought this to replace the stock fan that came with the Ryzen 5 5600x. This fan is better than i expected being very quiet and keeps my cpu around 10 degrees cooler then the stock fan.

very quiet and cools pretty good. A lot better than any stock coolers and the matte black looks really nice. The installation was confusing and took a couple looks at the manual to get it right
