I did need help mounting my 60inch Samsung and needed Geek Squad to do it. The two installers were very nice. I think it may still have went a little higher than I wanted but it costs money to come back out. They got everything working correctly before they left which was nice. It's a little pricey for this service otherwise I would give it a 5/5 instead of a 4/5.

Bought my Samsung 4K 65in SUHD curved TV with the geek squad warranty and I had 2 extra TV's mounted for 50% off each one. I also had the superb geek squad professional service which came with the warranty also.

I have no idea what this product is and cannot see where I purchased it on my sales slip

Probably supposed to be a review about warranty and such. Tough. The installers from Abilene Best Buy made sure that everything was done perfectly and that we were happy before they finished. Yay!

The geek squad person that installed my television was very good. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. He even gave me a number to contact him if I had further questions.

They called ahead twice , arrived on time, wasted no time putting up wall mount and installing TV and sound system....My only other wish was they had taken more time to explain how I could reprogram in case of power outage..Which happened the next day and I was on my own to figure it out...

Very professional the service was great.the technical knowledge of the tech was very good they were able to set everything up in one visit and that made all the difference.

A little better value bundle vs purchasing individuallly

My husband is not handy. Guys who installed tv and sound system were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They hid all wires and TV set up looks great.

Geek Squad guy was friendly and nice. We had several items that needed to be set up and it was worth the cost to have a professional do it for us.

Poor or lack thereof, communication between Best Buy and the third party vendor utilized for the Cary, NC location. Four hours late with no apology or forewarning that they were running late. I had to call them to find out why so late.

Tony from Geek Squad hung my 50"+ Samsung and got it all set up and it works like a Dream. I would recommend both Tony G. and Samsung!

The Geek Squad guys who installed my 65 inch tv were great!! They definitely knew what they were doing and were enjoying the work.

Was on time, prepared to mount flat-screen on Wall. Was also pleasant and professional. Only quibble is despite use of level, bracket was mounted just slightly slanted. It's barely visible but I was surprised after the care taken.

Called ahead as they said they would. Showed up on time, flawless install, friendly and told me to text him with any questions.

The Staff that delivered and setup the TV , player, and sound system did a great job and explained all the functions well.

Team installed our 75 In Smasung TV and made all of the connections to external speakers and equipment. Very professional.
