Initially the installation was fast, good service , however we still have not received our replacement remote control.

The installation is great, the set up was great. I love how it all looks and complements my sound system (definitive surround installed two weeks prior by other geeks squad team members) however, did not clean up wall shavings, wire cuts or put the back of my receiver cabinets back together. For the price, I didn't expect I'd have a half hour of work to perform after the squad left. It that didnt beat all, during the installation two gents were talking bad on their boss and other geek squad team members in my living room. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! sad because the work was pretty good. Clean up is important and talking professional is big. These small corrections would make the business top notch....

My sister purchased a wall mounted tv and wasn't sure what all needed to be done to hang it.already had a wall mounted tv so all was needed was take one down and take brackets off and put on new one and hang. the wall mount was already on the wall. Then they programmed the cable remote and showed me how to set up the roku and were down in about an hour.so I think the price was a little high for what was done but they had two geeks doing it. I would recommend to friend but maybe try to get a estimate on installing because they could have done it cheaper

The tv and sound system still needs adjusting.. It seems that what we asked for and what we paid for was not the same. It was expensive and we still have a problem.

I purchased the geek squad protection after talking with salesman in store, They came out to set up our complete system and explained everything so we understood everything completely. very courteous and helpful! I feel confident that they will be able to have any problem that may arise be taken care of promptly!

The geek squad put all the products together creating an overall clean and complete theatre system. They took time to get the job done and they were very positive to me. They took the time to explain how the whole system was going to work. The geek squad was very knowledgeable with all of the equipment involved.

The geek squad team knew how to install the tv to my liking and set it but with the accessories while explaining to me how to do it myself in future time. Informed me as well to call within 90 days if there is any type of problem of a no issue assistance.

Hi, I took this plan when i purchased my TV. This really helped me during the installation , they did it good but didnt fix the TV installation Stud properly . i have to refit it again later in just 2 months. Overall it was Ok experience.

I think this was the HDMI cable, if it is it's working fine. Not for sure if I would know a bad cable.
