First off, Best Buy has the SKU wrong. I ordered this chair three times, twice it arrived in bright blue, the third time I switched to black! If you order this chair as the Best Buy guy told me, "you can order 100 of these and every one will show up bright blue"! Best Buy said it was a mistake between them and the factory and it could not be fixed! Second issue... this thing is very poorly designed. If you follow the directions, countersunk washers that they provide don't fit in the holes and you can't use them where they are intended to go. Next, the screws are all very soft, none of the holes line up causing you to cross thread the screws. I chased the threads 4 times with a die and had to tap the holes twice before I was done. Because nothing lines up, you literally have to bear hug and tweak the arms to get them in place. Some people may not be able to assemble this thing. The end product IMO is just OK, my wife thinks that the back leans back too far and she uses a pillow.
