Had a blowout on my item where two fan porta dont operate anymore when daisy chaining more than two fans. If youre not doing that however, great fan management software thats included in the product

The requirement that makes everything easier and then it fails. Maybe it is just my copy of this product, but it failed on me and it has not made it a year. Everything is connected properly, it shows up in the required iCUE software, but I keep hearing a repeated connected/disconnected sound on Windows. I can see this occurring in the device manager, as well. I cannot return it, I would have to go through the confusing RMA of Corsair and I wish to not do that--because I should not have to. I suggest using the NODE PRO instead. Also, I should say that the two extra USB 2.0 stopped working as well so this entire experience has been a fail.

Overpriced for what it is, but it lets me control fan speed which is a really nice feature and the reason why I purchased it as I have 5 LL120s. I wish it was cheaper, especially since the setup and installation was a pain.

fan channels are rated for up to 1amp per channel, i hooked up .9A to one channel and fried it within a day. i split the load between 2 other open channels and its been working fine every since.

Bought this to work with Corsair RGB fans that came with my corsair case. For some reason, the fans had different pin connections than what would be hooked up into this commander pro. Tried to look for many possible options but didn't work.

This is ok, the usb passthrough didn't work. Tried multiple different bios configuration as suggested by multiple forums and still wouldn't work. Worked partially on my husbands machine.

I needed more fan and USB headers for my PC build. By day two, my pc would not boot because of a VGA issue. At first I thought my brand new GTX 1660 Ti was a defective product but I went ahead and switched motherboards. Same VGA issue occurred. The only hardware I could remove before considering the GPU to be bad, was to remove the commander Pro. PC worked fine when it was removed. I plugged the commander pro back and VGA boot up issue occurred. I returned it and turns out other users had experience the same issues with the commander pro. It’s a great tool if you need more fan headers and USB headers. But if you do experience a VGA error, return the commander Pro as soon as possible.

It lasted less than 6 months. I got warranty support to replace it and they sent me one that is semi working and considers the case closed. I have 6 fans- the warranty replacement they sent me semi powers 5 with the #4 broken. Even the 5 fans don’t get my full 3000rpm power anymore. For RGB control it works, although I like RGB signal better. Fan control and over quality / warranty is very bad. As for the good, you get 2 usb headers to use, all your wires go to one spot, it supports your Rob and led needs.

Why is life not made easier by adding 4-pin RGB output to easily plug in as many fans as I would like. Right now I have 2 RGB ports but they’re 3-pin Useless If someone has a suggestion please let me known

My big issue with this device is that you cannot plug an extension cord into the commander, you must plug one of your 20 dollar strips into it. Well, that's just great cause it comes with about 16 ports, and all 16 cords are pieces of crap. So, they are impossible to make look presentable, and that is the goal here, is it not? RGB is made very hard by corsair, and other than how nice their lights look, they are a sad company well aware that they are ripping people off and doing nothing to fix it. That's just my opinion though, there are good reasons to buy this, I just wouldn't buy it for 75$ so i returned it.

It works like it should. Just make sure to get the RGB fan LED hub. Fans wont directly plug in if they have the 4 prong plug. Maybe it says that somewhere but I didn't see it.

Great when it works, but could not get it to work with all my other Corsair stuff. I can plug either the AIO or the Node Core in to the USB header and it would detect in iCue, but when both are plugged in to the commander unit, it does not detect. Tried 2 and both had the same issue. Had no problems connecting them directly to motherboard or with a USB hub. Just does not work when plugged in to this commander unit's USB headers. Returned and went with a $20 internal USB hub.

Works very well for some motherboards but sadly for my Asus x570 Prime Pro it has some compatibility issues and made the usb hub disconnect and connect.

Overpriced, expensive and terrible value but I bought it anyway for my 6 Corsair RGB fans to flex.

Doesn't recognize my corsair rgb hub usb input. So that's that is super annoying. Overpriced.

Corsair needs to lower the amount of devices needs to run rgb in your pc...having to have so many devices makes a mess in the back of the pc.

Hard to find, and also very hard to install without getting a usb disconnect pop up every two minutes.

One of the fan ports stopped working with less than 1 year of use. Icue is super heavy and resource hungry.
