The mouse and the wireless dongle sometimes disconnect. Simple fix is power off the mouse and the seem to fix the issue... sometimes. When it does work its smooth and the the pinky rest its very nice since i have wide hands.

Thank you for your feedback. I suggest forcing a firmware update to your mouse/dongle. This may be done so by clicking on the mouse/dongle, navigating to "Device Settings", clicking "Check for Updates", then navigating to the vertical "..." that populates and pressing "Force Update". The mouse worked for about 30 seconds before my on-screen mouse froze and the lights on the mouse turned off. Reconnecting mouse did nothing, mouse was basically dead on arrival. I didnt even make it to the software install before it died. Horrible product, horrible company, would NOT recommend.

I liked the design of the mouse but the quality was poor. Used it normally and for valorant.
