    Return it.

Pros: It tracked well. DPI settings weren't half bad. I don't mind the iCue software. Cons: Feels like a cheap piece of plastic. Because it feels like cheap plastic, there is 0 grip to it. Can't adjust the weight. Wireless charging doesn't work well/at all. The mouse kind of just sucks; disappointed in corsair with this one. Ended up returning it and picking up a G502 lightspeed; don't regret it one bit.

    Intermittent failures and ghost clicking

I should've returned this mouse the first day, because there was and still is an annoying squeak when clicking the left button. I cleaned it, and did everything Corsair told me to do, but ultimately it did nothing. Next, I found out that during games, my mouse wouldn't register fast clicking, leaving 1 out of every 7 or 8 clicks to not fire a weapon. I've tested in multiple games, same issue. Incredibly annoying, but I thought i'd still use it and give it a chance. That was my final mistake with this mouse. Because for the 4th time in the last month, the mouse died (that's not the issue) but would refuse to charge or turn back on (that's the issue). Only after shaking the mouse, clicking every button, removing the dongle and countless other tries did it come back to life. Charge is pretty good, lasts about 10 days with moderate gaming/work. Overall, stay away from this mouse. It's comfortable, but absolutely terrible quality for a "gaming" mouse. It's not really for gaming apparently, it just has pretty lights. You can get a much better mouse for half the price.

    breaks easily

i've bought two different versions of this mouse, the first one broke after a year when the the LED lights stopped working and it wouldn't connect to anything and the second one broke after a month the exact same way, it's a good mouse and feels clean but the fact it broke so fast isn't a good sign. I've dismantled it to try to figure out whats wrong but it just doesn't seem to work its really frustrating so i am just not gonna buy from this brand anymore, just trying to warn anyone looking for a long term mouse cuz this isn't it. Thats 200$ gone for no reason...

    Buyers Beware

I have owned this mouse for the past two years. It is a fantastic gaming mouse until it breaks down on you. At any given time, your mouse 'could' be plagued with the double-clicking issue that will never go away. No matter what walkthroughs you go through, the double-clicking problem will last until you chuck it out your window. Just google Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro SE wireless double-clicking problem and you'll find a Wikileaks treasure trove of complaints. Again, it is a fantastic mouse, until this happens to you, at which point, it becomes a solid paperweight or a single use stress ball you can throw fairly far.

      Hi Justin,

Unfortunate your unit ran into this issue, it is correct that this problem is bothersome and know that within warranty this would be replaced. If there's something our team can still do for you, don't hesitate to reach out right on our site.

Just get a wired mouse, battery life is terrible.

The battery will not last an entire 2.5 hour gaming session, either get a different brand or just get a wired mouse, I got the charging pad too, and it is all a pretty big waste of money. Maybe mine is a dud, but I can go to 100% charged to 50% in 35-45 minutes. Even with the RGB disabled. IF you are cool with leaving it plugged in by all means snag it up lol

    Disconnects constantly

This mouse constantly disconnects even when it's plugged in, like once a minute. I've had it for over a year and it's always had this problem. It disappears for a month or so, then comes back with a fury. Updates and customer support don't fix anything. This mouse is fundamentally broken and does not work, buy literally anything else.

second one within 3 years to go out on me. Shame because I like the ergonomics of it, but the back button double click failure has happened to both mice now
