I was getting little callus marking on my thumb and this changed that! The different buttons that changes the speed of the mouse and the scroll is fun.

The first one, the USB dongle was not working at all. Reached out to Corsair and they sent me the wrong USB dongle replacement. Returned this unit and got a new one with a WORKING USB dongle and all is good now. Main reason for buying this mouse was the thumb rest and pinky rest. I really don't game, but wanted something that felt better in-hand than my old standard Logitch wireless mouse. Feel like this mouse is a good value <$100.

It’s fairly easy to set up and I am really enjoying using it so far. The only issue I’ve run into is it sometimes jitters on screen and the best I can figure is it’s due to wireless interference. That doesn’t happen much if I keep the wireless receiver for the mouse a foot or two away from the wireless receiver for the keyboard. I am also not sure if it works with the PS4. So far it seems like it doesn’t.

The original purchase has since been passed on to my wife and is still working great. Corsair in general tends to be reliable in my experience and the iCue software is fairly easy to use while having lots of customization options.

I had the manufacturer's warranty on it so I sent it back and replaced it. Within a month the scroll wheel on the new one quit working. I ended up breaking the mouse in an attempt to fix it. I'm not going to try my luck again with Corsair, seems like this is a pretty universal problem

Unfortunate about your issue, sorry to hear. If the mouse hadn't been broken we'd be happy to get it replaced again, please make use of your warranties in the future instead of voiding them.
