    Despite taking good care of my devices, I've had two of these back to back with issues. The first one I purchased had an issue where the coating started to peel off within just a few months. I RMA'd it and got a replacement. The replacement had a scroll wheel issue within the first month of use. It would scroll in the opposite direction every so often, and sometimes a scroll(s) would not be registered at all. At this point, I do not even feel like replacing it again if I'm just going to receive another defective product.

    Great product and customer service to find it! Would recommend Best Buy in finding what you need when you have any questions. The product itself is amazing with its fast Bluetooth response with the computer would recommend for any one.
