    Corsair needs to update this device. The mouse and the wireless dongle sometimes disconnect. Simple fix is power off the mouse and the seem to fix the issue... sometimes. When it does work its smooth and the the pinky rest its very nice since i have wide hands.

This may be done so by clicking on the mouse/dongle, navigating to "Device Settings", clicking "Check for Updates", then navigating to the vertical "..." that populates and pressing "Force Update".     This is my second unit, same point of failure. Mousewheel sensor starts to fail after about 1-2 months and skips one or several tics. Feature set is nice, but overall build quality feels quite cheap for the price point unfortunately.
