  • Great mouse, flawed by bad software.

    This mouse was initially very good. However after about six weeks of using it, it now randomly drops all settings - resulting in either a 'reboot' of the mouse or a completely 'new' setup with different colors and dpi. Usually this happens mid game. In addition, the wireless mode has never worked. The only fix is to unplug the mouse and reset the connection, but that only resets it one out of every ten or so tries, if that. I have to start the iCue software and can see it says it's disconnected. The reason why I purchased this mouse was because my previous mouse (a Corsair M65 RGB) had a ghost click issue with the right mouse button which meant I had to click twice sometimes to get it to work. I don't think I will buy another one, sorry to say.

    Not used for gaming but I love it because it has the side pieces that keep my fingers off the desk. Make it much more comfortable for all day computer work.Easy to hook up and get going.
