Posted .Hi TaylorGaming123,
Sorry to hear that the mouse isn't connecting, thanks for trying the reset. Have you been able to try doing a forced firmware update in iCUE to see if that is able to re-initialize the mouse? If you'd like further help with this, please feel free to reach out to our support team: support.corsair.com

Another Excellent Corsair Mouse
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For me the battle always comes down to Corsair and Logitech when purchasing a wireless gaming mouse. The Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro is another excellent iteration in the Dark Core line of mice. The PixArt sensor is top-of-the-line and allows for user adjustment up to 18,000DPI. Coupled with the SLIPSTREAM wireless connection and this is one lightning fast mouse. The nice thing is that it can also be connected via Bluetooth is you want to maybe travel with the mouse and not carry the dongle around yet keep it wireless. Build quality is always first rate and it is relatively lightweight (which could be a pro or con depending on your preference as it isn't user adjustable). Also a big fan of the thumb rest which keeps me from dragging my thumb on the pad during long sessions. More RGB lighting than you can shake a stick at if that's your thing. Battery life does take a noticeable hit with it on though so I play with it off and see over a week's worth of playtime before needing to charge. Overall, this is a top quality mouse at a very reasonable price. Definite recommend from me.

Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse is very large and I have normal sized hands. Very very slippery. Very uncomfortable. Nothing but connectivity issues with this thing. Not to mention Corsair software is not great.

great gaming mouse!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm newer to computer gaming and I don't need a mouse that has 27 buttons like some of these more intricate ones do. It has all of the best functional features a gamer could ask for. It can be Bluetooth or wired, very responsive and sensitive, and feels great in your hand. It has better contour to it than a traditional computer mouse which is important for the hours you can get sucked into a game. The height of the click wheel is perfect. The feel of the clicks is satisfying yet quiet. Charging is quick enough, but I prefer a wired mouse. The weight of it is perfect, not heavy but also not too light so it feels flimsy and cheap. It also does great just being used as a regular computer mouse!

Fantastic!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The mouse reminds me very much of the MX Master 2S ergonomically. I wish it had variable scroll speed or a weighted scroll wheel, but this mouse is still a solid purchase. You can use it via bluetooth or wireless 2.4ghz which is lightning fast. Using it in wireless mode requires the USB adapter. It charges via USB C and the battery lasts forever (I haven’t had to charge it yet in 3 weeks). You can rotate through one of three RGB settings directly on the mouse without the need for software which is nice if you’re into that sort of thing. I have a black desk top which sometimes poses a challenge with optical tracking, but the Corsair has been flawless and noticeably quicker/more responsive than others I’ve used. The Corsair is not as heavy as some other premium mouses (mice?) which could be seen as a pro or a con. Overall this has been a nice addition to my setup.

Comfortable RGB gaming mouse
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Dark Core RGB Pro is an overall quality product. This fits my average size hands just right with the mouse scroll having just the right amount of resistance when scrolling without making to much noise and not feeling flimsy. This mouse has all the connection types covered. With their new 2.4GHz Slipstream wireless technology and Bluetooth. It is a rechargeable mouse and comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable, you provide the adapter or plug it into a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port on your computer. The battery indicator light will flash green when charging and turn a solid green when fully charged. Charging times are fast (not timed for exact numbers). Battery life is okay at a rated 16 hours with RGB lighting and 24 hours with backlighting off. The Corsair iCUE program is recommended to take advantage of all the button configurations, RGB settings, battery status and on and on. Keep in mind that when connected via Bluetooth, the iCUE software will not recognize the mouse and will default to the settings that are stored in the mouse prior to connecting it via Bluetooth. Gaming with the mouse is a treat, flawless movement and accuracy at it's best. Overall a very well built and comfortable (for me) mouse.

Love Corsair everything
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I currently have been using a wired corsair mmo mouse (with the 12 buttons on the side) as I used it for World of Warcraft and needed the extra buttons. It worked great. As I am now not playing wow anymore I wanted a wireless mouse that was just as comfortable and worked with the CUE software to sync with my large corsair mouse pad. BEHOLD the Dark Core RGB PRO! Love this thing! First off its wireless which is nice, RGB is amazing like all corsair products. I love the design of the mouse seems to fit much better and this might sound weird but doesnt cause my hand to sweat as much as my mmo mouse did... I'm a huge fan of this company and love my beautiful keyboard that sync with the pad and mouse to make my room look like a futuristic light show at night... Dont worry if you ate concerned about the RGB lights. You can program how bright, sequence, speed etc so you wont be disappointed at all. Best feature? The ergonomic feel but it's all great. Honestly my fav mouse by far and I've been gaming for 20 years.

One Word - AWESOME!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The CORSAIR DARK CORE RGB PRO Wireless FPS/MOBA Gaming Mouse with SLIPSTREAM Technology, Black, Backlit RGB LED, 18000 DPI, Optical is an amazing gaming mouse experience. Offering everything you need to be competitive with the option to cut the cord for true wireless or bluetooth usability. I found the feature very comparable to other gaming mouse that I have tried. This one has every feature I need, plus many more that I like, but may not use everyday. Quick access buttons are perfectly placed giving gaming advantage when it is needed most. The LEDs are awesome and work whether you are corded or wireless. Pinpoint accuracy in all three modes. PROS - Corsair Brand and quality - Pinpoint accuracy - Three modes (wired, wireless, or bluetooth) - LEDs work in all modes - Highly functional buttons and set up - Feels good in hand for long usage - Holds charge and long battery life CONS - None at this time

Best gaming mouse EVER.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse is amazing. Corsair does a great job with it's icue application and the customization of products, which is always a bonus, but even just the feel of this mouse is perfect. Most gaming mice I find to be too big or uncomfortable for my hand (as a female, I don't have gigantic hands) and this mouse is literally the PERFECT size. Not too big, but also not too small. Not only is the size perfect, but the shape is ergonomic, and it has exactly the buttons I need - no more, no less! My only complaint with this mouse is I don't get the point of rgb on something that stays covered up by your hand, but you're not going to find a gaming mouse without extravagant lighting. pros: -Ergonomic shape -Not too big not too small -Good feeling buttons -Perfect amount of buttons cons: -Lighting unnecessary

Just not for me. Get one in hand before you buy.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Today’s mice are not one of my favorite things to review. I think many manufacturers have lost their way by making overly complicated mice with too many buttons and adding tons of bright, shiny lights. Well, the Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro is really no different. When are manufactures going to learn that 14 year old boys are not the only demographic? So, let’s take a look at the features, functions, benefits and failings. Overall, the mouse seems to be built relatively well. It’s a bit lighter than I like but I think that is by design and not some attempt to reduce cost. The mouse has a textured finish, I guess to give it more grip. It’s not my favorite but it does not really affect functionality. What does affect functionality are the buttons are in odd positions on left side, I find myself clicking by accident. It is advertised as “contoured shape with interchangeable side grips” but it just adds to the overall large physical size. With that side grip, I found no added benefit and feel the mouse is just too large. Putting that all aside, the Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro Gaming Mouse is a very responsive and accurate. I had no issues with battery life or software - something that seemed prevalent on prior versions of this mouse. In conclusion, let’s go back to my earlier comment on demographics. I’m not the demographic of these mice (I’m in my 40’s but I am a gamer.) However, I think manufacturers have to focus on quality and streamlining design. There is a reason the Apple mouse was so well liked – small, aluminum and sleek. It’s funny if you look at Corsair’s other mice that are less expensive that are closer to what I would like. However, I think it comes at the cost the of quality. Regardless, this is not a bad mouse; I just do not like the overabundance of buttons and their placement, and it is just too large. For others, that may not be an issue and the you can’t argue with the precision and the battery life. I’m not going to recommend the mouse, but I am also not saying you should not buy it. I think you really should get one in hand before you make that decision.
