Best mouse I've ever owned
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To be fair in regards to the title of this review, I have previously only owned one higher quality mouse before and that one was too rough on my hand. However I do really like the mouse a lot. I’m not a serious gamer so I can’t really review some of the more advanced options. What I can tell you is this is the most comfortable and responsive mouse I have ever owned. Really that is all I care about and this mouse performs exceptional in those areas. The feel of the device is great as well. Good weight, not too heavy…not too light. The buttons are well placed and have a very satisfying feel to its clicks. As long as it holds up over time, I’ll be very satisfied with the acquisition.

Good Mouse for both Righties and Lefties!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not crazy about this mouse but i am not adverse to it either. Frankly the mouse is really good for gaming and it is also quite nice for every day use as well. The mouse comes with an extra thumb grip attachment for lefties which is such a nice touch...i am not a leftie but i am sure that there aren't many mice on the market that accommodate everyone's preferred hand grip.

Loved Corsair, but this mouse awful.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a long fan of Corsair Mice, Keyboards, power supplies, etc., until this mouse. The software on it is terrible. The mouse always resets to a random profile upon computer restart. The lights are always spamming and must be manually slowed down each and every restart of the computer (even after restoring defaults). The scroll speed always needs to be adjusted as well. Heaven forbid you bump your mouse when the computer is off. The mouse will go berserk (flashing all lights as fast as possible) until the battery dies. There's no auto shut off for this? In addition to the abysmal software, this mouse does not perform well at all. It is quite inconsistent in the scrolling. Sometimes it works flawlessly, others it just craps out and stops responding for a second or two (perfect for gaming! w00!) Overall this has the absolute worst software I've seen on any mouse or keyboard. The hardware is poor. I'm really not sure what's happened with Corsair on this one. Honestly, get a cheap no name brand for $10-$15 and save yourself the headache that comes with this piece of garbage.

Hardware durability leaves a lot to be desired
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first unit developed a double click issue (where a single click would register as double) less than 6 months in. Used warranty to get a refurbished unit from Corsair and while the double click issue is gone the left click now has a bit of an annoying squeak. It's probably livable enough for me to not warranty a 2nd time for now. Other than the switch quality issue, battery life is a little short (4-5 days of battery for my usage). On to the good, shape and feel is solid, tracking feels good (once I turned off acceleration in software). Corsair warranty I've had nothing but good experience with interacting. At the end of the day I assume most mouse are disposable items past a certain period. But my past experience with Logitech is they generally make it to about the year 2 mark before things start failing. For this mouse (and its replacement) to fail within 6 months makes this very hard to recommend for me.

Scroll Wheel Awful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst mouse I've ever owned. Scroll wheel stopped working after a couple of weeks, no amount of cleaning would fix it. Side buttons stopped working a couple weeks later. Corsair warranty support useless without a receipt. Buyer beware.

Worked great for 3 weeks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked for a few weeks the became completely unresponsive via the BT dongle. The mouse itself is great considering it's my first PC in a long time, but this issue outweighs the benefits. What's the point in having a wireless mouse if it only works via hard wire? Did research and it appears I'm not the only one and a lot of people on the Corsair forums have had the same issue with no resolution. It's quite frustrating. My breakdown on quality is solely based on the connectivity.

Great...then NOT
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a year of use, I can not longer use it without having it plugged in. It will charge, but the battery only lasts about 3 hours, WITH the RGB turned off. It still works great, but the concept of a WIRELESS mouse is the ability to use it while NOT plugged in

Good but Bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a very good mouse in the beginning and I loved it. Had no issues minus some connectivity drops here and there but the durability is very poor. It fell 3 feet from my desk and now the right click button doesn't work and doesn't turn on via battery power

Posted .Hi Logjan,
We're so sorry to hear that the Dark Core RGB PRO was having connectivity issues. Could you try re-positioning the USB dongle to a different USB port, such as from the rear to the front of the case, to see if the connectivity is improved? Wireless mode and iCue are junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Completely useless! The wireless feature does not work, as when using it wirelessly, the mouse will lose connection constantly making it choppy and it will also periodically die even at full battery and force you to turn it off and back on again to get it to work. iCue is an absolute disaster that will constantly crash on you causing you to lose all settings for all corsair products. I also have the CorsairK70, the Virtuoso SE, and the Qi wireless charging mouse pad, which opposite of the Dark Core, work perfectly aside from the iCue problems. I would not recommend purchasing this mouse and instead, I'd tell you to go for Logitech's mouse that competes with the Dark Core as it actually works.

Wireless doesn't work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unboxed this mouse to replace a Razer Naga for ergonomic reasons. Plugged it in with the USB C cable and it worked fine. Tried to get it to pair with bluetooth or with the wireless dongle that comes with it and it wouldn't even turn on. Apparently this happens to a lot of people. Save yourself some time and buy a Logitech.
