Or you can connect 2.4ghz with the included dongle. To take full advantage of this great mouse, you need to download the utility. There are 9 programmable buttons, and to get firmware updates you'll need the download. As for the physical feel of the mouse, it works for me. I have average to long fingers and it fits like it was made for me. There is a resting tray on the left side for you to rest you thumb and it lets your thumb move while you move the mouse. When you are gaming, you have to have things that are not only better for your hand/fingers, but also give you an edge when gaming. Playing games with this mouse has me feeling much more confident. Using the mouse for normal computer use also feels great. I really like this mouse, and you will too. It has a built in battery and while it says 24 hour battery life, I will have to see. So far it arrived with only 1 bar of battery and it has been working fine for hours. So, I'll run it down and then recharge it. Bestbuy has a great return policy. Give it a try and if you think it isn't for you, you can return it.....I am happy with it and I'm sure you will be happy with it too! P.S. - I love the many lights on this mouse, it looks so cool!

The only issue I felt was in connecting the mouse, in case you want to connect the mouse to a new device the procedure is too long and boring.

Too many bugs with sensitivity that present themselves. Its normally way too low. Setting it higher and as the default DPI in the software doesn't stick either for some reason. Another annoying thing with this mouse is that it doesn't store the settings in the hardware, it relies on iCUE, which boots really slow. So you're stuck with a very low sensitivity mouse until windows is booted up all the way. And I don't think its actually 16k dpi, I think its using acceleration inside of the iCUE software to make it appear that way.

Because of this, I just bought another mouse and leave this one plugged in permanently. Disappointed.

On the other hand, it is quite heavy and sometimes laborious to move around. RBG LED lights are limited, this product could benefit from more.

Solid quality and great design and button placement. I love the three connection options and have used them all in different scenarios. The only complaint I have is the iCue software. It’s hard to use, but does have great features once you can get them to work.

That caused a lot of glitchy mouse and keyboard issues. Switched to PC HDMI connected to TV and wireless keyboard and mouse, that solved all problems, games great. Very programmable and colorful. Don’t go Bluetooth and its really quick.

I have used lots of Corsair products in my builds so I decided to try this one. It was very easy to install the software and get it running. It has great response time and feels very comfotable in my hand.. Great product!
