    Ive tried so hard to like this item but ive been unable to update the firmware. The mice would stop working randomly and i would have to un plug the USB cable and plug it back in to make it work again. This is a huge inconvenience especially when you are in the middle of a game. I've tried everything but still get the same error message through the icue app. Need to buy a different mice already and its barely even used.

    I game daily and I use my mouse for 8hrs a day so it's unfortunate to have a constant dying battery on a wireless mouse. I would want to switch to a better mouse no offense.
