This bracket is perfect for installing a 2.5" SSD in a 3.5" space. In fact, you can install 2 2.5" SSDs or HDDs in this. It is a quality bracket.

This was an exact fit that worked really great for installing an extra hard drive.

Good product. It was just what I needed to replace a large hard drive with a small ssd. The enclosure had to be modified to fit a 12 year old HP All In One computer. But it works and the old computer is alive and well.

This small peace of metal is needed to install SSD properly. It holds it perfectly. All the extra screws are included too!

I used this in conjunction with the 2.5" Solid State Drive I purchased to Replace my 3.5" SATA Spindle Drive. I like the Fact that you can physically mount TWO 2.5" SSDs in this ONE Bracket. My only complaint is the Hardware Screws provided; they are not Philips, torx tip or any standard type Screw; you may be able to misuse a small flat blade screwdriver to suffice.

Instead of having to convert one 3.5" bay to one 2.5" bay, you now get to put two 2.5" SSDs in 1 bracket for a 3.5" bay. Pretty useful I say.
