Clearly mentioned in the description and what’s included BUT not in the box. Don’t get me wrong, this is a quality bracket, but a great deal would have included the cable that was described. No way to notify Best Buy about the error other than calling as they removed the email contact information.

Works fine but would've liked a different product

There is clearly a spot for a 3rd SSD tray, along with the outline so don't get why they included it. Would've preferred to get a SSD tray similar to the other 2 instead of resorting to this, but this worked out fine.

It came with enough hardware to accommodate my PC's available space, and allowed me to utilize 2 drives that would have gathered dust, rather than being useful.

The only complaint I could levy is dealing with tiny screws, but once in place there's no need to mess with them again.
