Can’t handle it’s intended purpose
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The actual bad: It WAS a very good mouse… for the first year or so. After 2 to 3 years of usage, the switches for clicks and the scroll wheel do not accurately function. It isn’t very trustworthy in games and the scroll wheel seems to slip its sensor so you can scroll the wheel but nothing would happen on screen. I just wish this mouse (and basically all others) were more serviceable since it crapped out after its warranty period. When I purchased it 4 years ago, it was a great value compared to others and its connection to the pc is reliable thanks to the cabled connection when some other companies are going wireless. It would still function even without installing any proprietary Corsair. I believe this item is discontinued. If you’re looking to buy one as of March 2024, you’re overpaying if it’s over $40-$50

As advertised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this mouse is replacing my old microsoft sculpt mouse. let's start with the positives: this thing is slick. for my first gaming mouse, the options for customization are a bit overwhelming, but since i have a corsair keyboard I was able to integrate new profiles and layouts for the mouse quickly. for gamers, it comes as advertised, it feels good in the hand, and is put together very well. DPI settings, pointer speed, mouse smoothing, full customization. the only issue i have is the keypad. i enjoy having the extra buttons and they respond to light but not twitchy clicks which is ideal. however, since they're not built into the actual chassis (they are on a sliding platform) they are raised more like a keyboard and unfortunately, for me, they just feel too wobbly under my thumb. doesn't affect performance in any way but is just something i notice in everyday use. i have another week or so to make up my mind and will update the review accordingly.

Great mouse but.........
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this mouse for about a year and have done many hours of gaming with it. The feel is great and the adjustable wing on the thumb side is nice. Recently it has developed an issue with the left button where it requires a little more pressure to click than it used to and there is a definite catch on the down stroke. The typical click sound of the left button is preceded by a clunk sound. While it still works just fine, there is something not right about it and since my use is not extreme, I expect a longer life span from a $60+ mouse

Good mouse would recommend.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this mouse for almost over a year now, and have enjoyed my time with this product. Very smooth for the FPS game I've been playing. My only gripe with this mouse is the position of the thumb buttons and how it is shaped in that area. The mouse has just started acting a little funny for me now, but I do feel as this is a good mouse.

Comfortable, but unreliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When it's working, it's a really great mouse. I have big hands, so finding a mouse that's the perfect fit for me is a chore. This mouse feels amazing in that regard. It's a bit lightweight, but the buttons are spaced perfectly for people with larger hands. It's also a pretty wide mouse, which, again, I love. The buttons are clicky and feel really responsive. The amount of customizability is great also. The problem, however, is it just does not last. In less than eight months, I went through two RMA processes with Corsair, all for the same problem. The middle mouse button kept breaking. And I don't mean just not responding, but breaking, as in the spindle holding the button in place would snap. You don't realize how much you use that middle mouse button in games until it's not there anymore. It's a shame, because the overall build quality of the mouse in terms of comfort, weight, size, and button placement made for the best mouse I had ever used. But what good is all that when crucial buttons are failing after just a handful of months of light use?

Meh... Not very good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have large have and thought this most would be perfect, it's not. Opened package and the rubber was already peeling off the installed grip on the left side. Glued it down. Not a big issue but not a good start. Mouse is slippery and unbalanced. When you try to pick it up with your thumb and and ring finger, it leans back and to the left. If you don't squeeze hard, it slips. The plastic feels cheap. Side buttons make a spring boing noise when clicked. Left and right buttons feel good. Scroll wheel is decent. Cable is thin and light. Mouse slides well. The the three thumb grips give the mouse a different feel which is nice. The shape.... So for a large mouse you would think it would fit large hands. The hump is in the middle and it flattens out. This causes my palm to not rest on the back of the mouse and get sore. I tried palm and claw grip and couldn't get comfortable with either. I do not recommend this mouse.

Loved it but doesn't last a long time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really loved this mouse and it went along nicely with my corsair keyboard. Unfortunately it now has a scrolling issue, it's been under two years since I bought it but I expected it to last a bit longer than that for the price.

NO! Does not last for "years of intense gaming"
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned this mouse for 6 months now, and it was fine until about a few weeks ago. It started to double click, and now it takes 6 clicks for it to actually register, and when it does it's often a double click. It's impossible for me to play games or do homework with this mouse now, and I don't even have a spare mouse to use. This product does not last for "years of intense gaming", and I would not buy this product since, if you search this problem up online, almost everyone is experiencing the same thing. This was not worth my 70 dollars, and now I can't do anything on my computer!
