I was clicking everything when I did not want to click. There may be a touch sensitivity adjustment that I was unaware of but the BB Rep did not mention it when I returned it. I paid like $25 for this $50 mouse. PreferTecknet for $15 which works great for me.

Currently using on a Mac Book Pro and the device does not connect via blue tooth or through the 2.4 wireless connection. Chorma from Razer was well thought out software compared to I Cue from Comair. I must say I am dissapointed.1
