Not super crazy like some other gaming mice. Awesome functionality. I like the 2 extra side buttons and the button by the scroll wheel gives you different sensitivity profiles so you fan change sensitivity on the fly.

Great cheap gaming mouse

Only gripe is that it's easy to hit the DPI button below the wheel. Takes a few seconds to go back to my setting - just wish it was a button on the bottom so it wouldn't get changed inadvertently.
