My husband made sure the drivers were updated and there was nothing preventing it from acting up, but I had to finally replace it with a new mouse. I really love Corsair products, so maybe this was just a bad mouse. I did replace it with a different Corsair mouse and couldn't be happier.

Not really sure what the cause is, where the mouse double clicks, whether it is the iCUE app or the mouse itself. Corsair replaced my original Harpoon and as long as I don't use the iCUE app or update the drivers / firmware the mouse will function. But not the way it should so I cannot justify the price unfortunately.

Bought this with the match kyeboard thinking I could use 1 dongle as advertised. No such luck need to use both the dongles. Whats worse, even with checking and updating firmware the wireless was suboptimal for even work. Not just gaming but email and spreadsheets, this thing skipped all over the place. Once I switched to the wired(included). It worked great.

Which two devices were you trying to use with the one dongle? Please keep in mind only slipstream wireless devices can connect more than 1 to the same dongle.
