Install the Bluetooth/Wireless 2.4ghz dongle and was immediately prompted to update both the mouse & dongle firmware through Corsair iCue software. Everything went well and all modes worked until a reboot in the AM. I unplugged the mouse and there was no functionality of any kind in both BT & Wireless modes. Corsair forums is apparently full of this and other Harpoon RGB Wireless mouse issues. Not a good purchase at all.

The thumb wrest is inclined in a way that literally forces your thumb up into the side buttons, particularly during a position readjustment. Unintentional presses are pretty much unavoidable. Second off, the software is awful for this particular device. You will constantly be alerted that you have a firmware update for the mouse, and every single time you attempt to download and install the update, the device magically unconnects itself and interrupts the install. Every time. This is a common problem online, and Corsair does nothing to address it. Most users state that continually and repeatedly attempting to download the update will actually tender the mouse completely unusable. Returned.
