    Not Best Buy's fault but this mouse is "Absolute garbage"! Install the Bluetooth/Wireless 2.4ghz dongle and was immediately prompted to update both the mouse & dongle firmware through Corsair iCue software. Everything went well and all modes worked until a reboot in the AM. I unplugged the mouse and there was no functionality of any kind in both BT & Wireless modes. Corsair forums is apparently full of this and other Harpoon RGB Wireless mouse issues. Not a good purchase at all.
