After just short time of usage found several things I’m disappointed with. The Bluetooth range was not as indicated with item and battery life was not as long either. Probably would not purchase this item in the future.

You can use both the included dongle as well as Bluetooth for the headset and it will work fine. They would have been five stars but I have had issues with the mic where my friends over Discord couldn't hear me. But all I had to do was leave and enter that call and it would work.

They have been comfortable when wearing for long hours gaming. Love the fact the mic can be put up and away when not in use. Ear cups habe kept their shape well along with the headband.

Ok headset, some setbacks

Not the biggest fan of how it makes my voice sound compared to other headsets and occasionally, from what Im told from my friends, has a deafening screech. Also does NOT work on Xbox, couldnt find anywhere where it explicitly says it doesn't so here it is.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reviewing for the chance to win $400 to buy a new headset since I gave Corsair 2 chances (i.e. purchased 2 of this headset - an original and a replacement) in less than 3 years (2 years and 10 months to be exact) and the plastic on the headband connecting the right ear broke in the exact same place both times. The mic also starting cutting out in my original headset so when I purchased my replacement, I switched over to a separate mic. The main reason I repurchased is because I assumed I just had received a fluke pair and found them comfortable. Could not recommend less now unfortunately.
