Firmware flub

Headset was light and comfortable enough. Sound is decent for $100 headset, I was able to listen bluetooth to my phone but its not a headset I would ever wear out in public like you might with Beats or Sony. Unable to text the microphone.

I absolutely would purchase them again for full price. If you want better sound quality you may spend twice this on leading brands like Bose for just a little bit better sound. My only nitpick is the mic is a little awkward. Other than that, my favorite headphones to date.

The sound stage on this is phenomenal and offers 7.1 surround on wireless with comfort! Also the headset uses USB type C for charging and it is super fast to charge as well! Also you can pair with Bluetooth devices which is great to use for music on my phone!

The are super comfy to wear. My favorite feature is that it can be used via a dongle with your PC and it’s also bluetooth so I can connect it to my phone or TV.

I allowed him to pick out the one he wanted. Works amazing with his 27in curved monitor which he had and we also purchased the sword gaming laptop a couple of months ago at Best Buy . He loves his gaming and I enjoy the happiness it brings to him.. Thank you

But these headphones are the worst I have ever owned. The quality is terrible for the price, they randomly disconnect, the mute feature stopped working after two months. Genuinely the worst headphones I've ever owned.
