Only had a month and already broke. Worked fine before

both sides where the headband meets the headphones broke around the same time after 4 months

First, pads came off within the first month of use. Then, both the protective covers. Then it split in half. This was only office use. Not very durable

Wasn't sure what to expect from a 7.1 wireless headset, as I normally just wear earbuds when I play games, but figured I'd give a 7.1 headset a shot; I am Pretty happy I did. I was expecting the headset to weigh quite a bit since it was wireless (battery etc) but i was pleasantly surprised to find that this headset was very lightweight. The sound was very good and the presets seemed well balanced. The unit was easy to sync up via both bluetooth and the wireless dongle that came with it. Charging really didn't take long at all with the supplied usb C cable. pros: The headset is able to connect w/bluetooth [5.2] or wireless[2.4ghz], comes with a wireless adapter to use it right out of the box if you don't have bluetooth. I like that when you put the mic up, it shuts off and down it turns on, a nice feature that it tells you as well when the mic is off or on. Fast charging, long lasting battery. Lightweight design (9.4oz [266g]). The Ear cushions for me felt soft and well formed to my ears. Nicely placed volume control. The 7.1 sounds really good, I ran a bunch of youtube 7.1 testing vids and the sound positioning sounded quite good! Decent software, that allows for firmware updates, equalizer, setup of auto shutoff timing, as well as some other on screen options that you can turn on (battery indicator and so on). Playing FPS games I feel like I can detect where people are at a lot better than before which is also pretty nice. cons: Cant really come up with many bad things to say about this headset, ....maybe that the design is closed back, but not 100% noise cancelling, so you can both find yourself talking too loud sometimes or you might hear more things going on in your house than you want, i personally don't mind this but i know some of my friends that either are 100% for noise cancelling headsets or 100% open back so they can hear everything around them outside of what they are focusing on, so figured it should be mentioned. overall, If you are looking for an affordable entry level wireless headset, with 7.1 surround, I would recommend this one without hesitation. I know I will be enjoying this for awhile to come!

Have had the headset for about a month and a half and now the mic sounds horrible and the sounds in my games are off even after downloading Icue

Worse microphone I have ever had. No one can hear me on games or in discord until I switch to an older Corsair Void that is falling apart.

I’m not sure why, but this headset gave out within 2 weeks. I had to return it because the audio was glitching and the sound of the microphone was horrible.

I purchased these headphones for my work from uome computer. It might be great for gaming but poor for wifi phone calls. Sound quality is poor and the device doesn't stay charged adequately.

Broke after 3 days. Microphone would blast static into the calls. Two different headsets of the same model did this and not my other headsets.

I recently received a pair of Corsair HS55 headphones and have been extremely pleased with them. The sound quality is top notch and the design is incredibly comfortable. The virtual 7.1 surround sound capability is great for gaming, and the headband is adjustable so they fit perfectly. I also really appreciate the detachable unidirectional noise-cancelling microphone which helps to isolate my voice and make sure I'm heard clearly. The headset is lightweight, so I can wear it for hours without feeling uncomfortable. The Corsair HS55 headphones have a great fit and finish. They feel sturdy and well-built while remaining lightweight and comfortable. The ear cups are made of breathable material and the adjustable headband fits securely without being too tight. The earcups are soft and the headband is padded, so they don't cause any discomfort even when worn for long periods of time. The microphone collapses upward and out of the way if you ever use them without the mic, and the controls are easy to access. Overall, the fit and finish of the Corsair HS55 headphones are excellent. The Corsair HS55 headphones are an excellent investment and I highly recommend them.

I've had nothing but problems with this headset. Should have just stuck with steelseries.

Didn't work at all. Didnt come with a carger so I used a charger that I owned and it didn't even charge.

The Corsair-HS Series HS55 headphones are extremely light weight and awesome in clarity of sound. They are 100% clearer than any other brand of headphones that I have owned. Everyone that I have been in discord (the gaming chat app that i use) has told me that the mic is 100% clearer than the cheap ones I have. that's just some of the pros that I can give without going into the only one con which is the fact that they are not RGB which is the one thing that Corsair is big on in my opinion. Back to the pros they are Blue Tooth capable and have a range of 50 feet both on the WiFi side and Blue tooth, with the blue tooth you can connect to you phone, answer you phone, play music from your phone even the games on your phone. For the WiFi use you would need to go to the Corsair website and down load iCue 4 then plug in the dongle which comes with it from there you would check for firmware updates once that is done you can check the settings out and set them up for your own listening pleasure, they are very comfortable for someone that wears glasses and hearing aids for those who do wear them like I do. I actually was very impressed when I put them on and never got any feed back from them at all with my hearing aids in. In my humble opinion for any gamer they are 100% with the money!!!!

Cant take call when play game is realy poor and not recomended

Randomly murders friends ears when on calls. No current solution by Corsair online.

My ten year old got an inexpensive “gamer headset” after the holding when he received his PC Setup, while that was doing the trick, he was BEYOND excited to show off this headset to his buddies and gloat. Being wireless, this is so convenient to use and he doesn’t get all tied up in the connection to the computer (or, g-d forbid, pull out the connection and lose access to his buddies for a whole minute). It’s really comfortable, I tried it on and was super impressed by the comfort and it’s not heavy on his young head. We also love that we’ve been able to easily connect it via Bluetooth to his tablet so he can use it there as well. We have not maxed out the battery power, in one sitting, so I can’t guarantee that it lasts 24 hours but it really does charge super quickly and after 15 to 20 minutes of charging it was good to go for many long hours on a rainy Friday afternoon and evening. I’m really impressed with the quality as it looks like we’ve, now, got a great piece that will last for quite some time!

Unhappy with sound quality of product. When playing games using a mic, the sound of the game is distorted.

Microphone did not work after 3 days. Got another headset of the same model, and same thing happened.

work fine in Discord then go super quiet or start crackling feedback
