Overall a decent PC headset, especially for those already invested in Corsair's expansive ecosystem. If you already have iCue installed for fans, keyboards, mice, etc, this headset fits right in. The headset comes in a nice box with almost all cardboard packaging. It includes the wireless receiver, USB A-C cable for charging via USB-C, and the headset itself. The headset is built well for the price point. It is a nice and minimal design that looks good with most PC setups. The earcups feel nice. The headset comfort on my head is alright, not amazing but not bad at all. The headset's capabilities are maximized by installing the icue software on PC. With that, you can change mic settings and EQ settings, as well as disable or enable surround sound. I found the sound to be in line with similar headsets. Works well for gaming. The microphone quality is also in line with similar headsets. For some reason, I could not get the sidetone functionality to work, even on the latest firmware as of this review. The software is very powerful and easy to use with a whole suite of products like fans, keyboards, mice, but overkill for just a headset. I did not have any issues with wireless reception. Pros - Good build quality. Clean design. Wireless. Charges via usb-c. Mic muting button or flip up. Integrates into existing ecosystems for many users. Cons - Comfort just OK. Sidetone didn't work (may be fixed in a future update). Overall I think for a person who's invested in iCue this headset makes a good purchase. For those without any corsair products, go check it out in person and you might like it.

Okay, this could have been a very different review. I was going to give these a two star rating but I said Corsair wouldn't put out a budget headset that sounds like I have two cardboard boxes on the sides of my head... would they? I am happy to report that they did not do that (after some tweaking). The first thing is the instructions are a bit interesting. Either my medication has my reading comprehension way down or they need to give more information that is clearer than what is in the provided instructions. For example, going between connecting with Bluetooth or wireless 2.4Ghz with the USB adapter was interesting. Sometimes it would flip between sources and sometimes it wouldn't. No biggie as I said earlier. I'll blame myself for that. Now, I connected these to three different computers using the dongle (you can connect to a PC via Bluetooth but you will not get any sound so don't bother) The EQ settings were set to the same place on all the computers yet these headphones sounded different on all of them. Could not replicate the same sound quality across the board with all of the computers. Odd but not a deal breaker yet. My cellphones on the other hand was a experience. My LG V30 makes these headphones sound very, very good when playing music of a few genres (rock, rap, classical and basically anything pre 2005). The daily driver is a Samsung S21 Ultra and let's just say don't bother trying to listen to music via Bluetooth with these. You will be disappointed. I used the same app on both phones to listen to music on the phones and well, the gaming part holds up but don't try and jam with these on. If you buy these for gaming you won't be disappointed unless you have had a really good pair of headphones before than I'd spend some extra money and upgrade to a higher model by corsair.

Connectivity is very good and it’s super easy to use just plug in the usb stick and it works right away! The quality is excellent it’s over ears and the weight is lower than wired headset overall 10/10 must recommend.

The bass and sound quality is the best I've heard yet. The problem is that things start to break, and it's annoying. The plate that goes above the driver cracked and fell apart The hinge that makes the drivers face flat starts to crack and cause it to turn in any direction, risking snapping the wires. Overall, it's not a bad headset

It’s hard not to wish these kinda of things were a little cheaper, but it sounds great and connected using the usb very easily. Though, it should be known I don’t use the headset mic so I can’t speak to its quality.

Out of the box - sounds decent, has decent range from the receiver, features are ok. Long term - didn't last long. After a few months it stopped connecting to the USB receiver. BT stopped working properly as well. With both connection methods it would randomly drop the connection, mid call/use.

Prior to this headset, I loved Corsair and everything they stood for. This headset marks the end of my support for Corsair products. Let me be clear that I expect a premium experience out of a $100 headset. My previous Corsair headset was from 2017 and worked great until I accidentally broke it, which prompted me to "upgrade" to this monstrosity. What makes it so bad you ask? It will randomly "disconnect" and scream static into everyone else's ears in my discord calls and every other program that supports a microphone. There is no cue to let you know this has happened except for your friends yelling at you begging for it to stop. Totally embarrassing. The only way I've found to fix this problem is to unplug the dongle and plug it back in. This wouldn't be such a big deal, except that in doing so it won't receive game audio from CS;GO, Minecraft, and other games to name a few, until you completely close out of and re-open the game. When you're playing a competitive game or have a slow computer, this is an issue you don't want to have to deal with. It also doesn't get picked up at all as a microphone for many of my games. Good thing this thing is dual-mode and can be used bluetooth if the dongle is bugged, right?! WRONG AGAIN! Its bluetooth signature doesn't get detected by computers for god knows what reason. Shows up fine on my phone but not at all on the computer. "Oh, but it has software that you're supposed to update, I bet you forgot that." Nope! In fact, every update has seemed to make this problem worse. Why does this mark the last Corsair product I will ever buy? Because their support was nothing short of the worst. I was required to physically tear off the earmuffs which feel pretty solidly-placed in order to provide them with a serial number. After going through all of their photos and everything else, they got extremely hung up on the fact that I no longer had the receipt for it. This is frustrating because while I understand they need to deter theft, I had never contacted them before with any issues and had proof of other Corsair products I'd purchased in the past. Their own warranty states any defective product is covered for 2 years, and that you can receive a replacement. Well eventually they "generously" gave me a replacement, refurbished, headset after I pointed out that their own website celebrated the launch of the godforsaken thing not even 3 months ago. Their stipulation was that I would only be given a 1-week warranty period on the replacement, LOL. So now I'm stuck with another headset that does the same exact thing, and I had to deal with their absolutely garbage support. Learn from my mistake and avoid Corsair products, or at the very least this HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A HEADSET.

Love the head phones and the fact that I can use either wireless or BlueTooth. Have found that you get more range with wireless. My only complaint is there we NO INSTRUCTIONS included in the box and I have to go online to find a users guide. Other than that, great headset

I decided to get some new headphones and one of your employees helped me out. I wanted to get astro's, but they said they break easily and recommended me these. They broke in 3 months. Didn't fall, didn't get hit hard. Just broke. I had other issues before this Aswell... The sound quality is not so good. Only thing I liked is Bluetooth.
