Pretty comfortable, very low latency, sound quality is what you’d expect at this price. Surround effect was impressive.

Bought this headset for working from home since my last headset's flip to mute started malfunctioning. It has great sound and I charge it once every couple days. The range is far enough that I can be on the opposite side of my apartment without any issues

Bought the headset and one side began to fail days after purchase. For the price, it is way to soon for a product to fail and have it replaced. With that said, the company was very good and they sent a replacement. It’s only been a week so it yet to be determined how long it will last. When it is working, the quality is good.

[Employee of bestbuy] Bought this as a gift for my Brother in Law. I got tired of hearing game noise in the background when we played. The mic is nice a crisp. He says the over ear style is comfy and doesn’t bother his ears and he can now easily hear directions of footsteps on games

Sound quality is good. It is a bit tight out of the box and doesn't feel great, but after a little time it's a bit better. Bought this for my girlfriend.. is not always the most intuitive to use. The bluetooth is very finicky and she has to use the USB connection. Overall, is a good headset and a huge improvement over her previous one.

These haves really good sound, and the quality of them just feels right. Doesn’t feel cheap, great sound and very easy to mute yourself with the button on the back or by just folding the mic. The best part is it being Bluetooth, I have problems with wiring in-front of me or touching my arms while gaming so these being Bluetooth just makes everything easier. Personally it does kinda make my ear sore but that’s just cause of the shape of my ears it’s all personal preference but these are very worth it.

[Employee of bestbuy] The dongle connection continuously cuts in and out regardless of settings and how many times i try to update it. Bluetooth mode works most of the time, disconnecting far less frequently, but still annoying. The microphone is positioned a bit too far out so the mic volume is a little low. Overall good sound quality.

This headset works well. It meets all my expectations for what a wireless headset would be at this price point. The audio input and output are great. The battery lifespan does last ~24 hours after it is fully charged.

I have not opened it yet. I'm sure it is a great device. I have been having problems with my Bluetooth on my MacBook Pro with M2 chip. It often disconnects and is getting very annoying. I want to use the headphones primarily for gaming. Hopefully, I will find a way to fix the Bluetooth problem and start using my headphones. USB headphones aren't good for me, because I need an adaptor for those.

Love the headphones!!!! It took me a while to understand how to connect them once they get disconnected, but I figured it out eventually. I think they are comfy, and the mic quality of it is pretty good as well for a headset mic.

The price is decent if we are comparing to other more expensive headsets out there in the market, the quality is good, the sound is excellent and the microphone is pretty decent. If you're on a budget this would be a good option for you.

These are a very good quality pair of head phones. They are very comfortable to ware and I would recommend to anyone. Have not have any issues.

Great purchase. Sound and mic quality are good. The only reason this didn’t get a 5 star is because I have had some issues with it going into Bluetooth mode and not wanting to connect to the wireless adapter.

These are very solid and comfortable headphones for the price! My main issue with them thus far has been the battery life not seeming to match what is advertised. They seem to always be on to the point where I will use them for 5 hours one day, forget to charge, and then a day later they're at 10% battery. I'm definitely turning them off so I dunno what's up with that.

Comfortable headset, wireless with a reasonable battery life. My only concern, was it falling apart after wearing it for a couple months.
