Gets the job done. Great for beginners at gaming but can used for listening to pod cast (can remove mic ).

After tweaking the eq to bring down the mids (really heavy with stock settings) I brought up some of the highs to give it the additional “snap” in sound. The microphone is not very good from what I’ve been told and heard from recordings. I sound nasally and it sounds like I’m talking over an old cell phone. Overall the headphone is good and sound quality is pretty good with the included DAC. Definitely looking into an external microphone for streaming and talking.

For price they're alright headphones. Mic picks up just what I want it to. Ear cups are super comfortable for big ears

The Corsair HS60 Pro Surround Wired is an excellent purchase. The sound quality is very fair, and the surround sound works flawlessly. Along with that, the ease of use for the headphones is superior. My one complaint, is that after an hour or two, the top headband can become slightly irritating, and the earcups also can become irritating after lengthy use. Overall, for the price, the Corsair HS60 Pro Surround was a very good purchase (especially for the sale price that we purchased the headset at), however, if you are willing to spend more money on a headset, I would opt for something more expensive. 4.5/5 (Rounding up to 5, as there is no 4.5 option).

Purchased this headset in place of a more pricey headset from amazon. Prior razor headset was dead on arrival. Decided to go to best buy and look them over. I wanted a very good sounding headset wired along with a decent mike. Much to my surprise this on fit the bill. I'm a gamer and have a couple of friends we play FPS with once or twice a week, and they say the mike sounds great. Now the sound in 7.1 surround to me is amazing. I also have a 7.1 surround sound speaker system, but use the headset when wife watches tv in living room. Also I Have addition Corsair products with my 3000 custom made PC I built. I Would Highly recommend this headset for gamers.

Upgraded a pair of HS50's to the 60's. Very similar fit and overall sound. Have yet to try the usb surround feature.

This is being used for podcasting so the ability to remove the mic was helpful. The sound is very good and in this case it was plugged in directly to the microphone.

I grabbed these for my girlfriend I personally have the wireless version hs70 that I use with a wire basically at all times. These hs60s are great, the mic is fairly nice for a headset mic, nice and clear with solid noise isolation. I have been enjoying the “surround sound” experience (specifically while gaming) these provide without the need for an external audio interface. Generally I use some form of audio interface and studio headphones from audio technica with some sort of studio mic (either one I built or one of the others I have). But when I don’t feel like setting up an interface for a discord call this is nice.

At first I was thinking of getting this and giving it to my little brother, but after trying it, I’m actually in love with it. So I bought another one. Best part is, got them both on sale, saving me a lot and making this headphone soo much worth buying. I just love that it came with a headphone-jack to usb-A connection making it easy to switch between pc, xbox one, and my phone. The bass is amazing, you can hear even the little details. The headsets are like split between your screen in half, whatever sounds happens in the left, you hear it on the left side of your ear, and same on the right side. Top notch headsets, I recommend it!

Honestly these get the job done. Only one complaints they didn’t come with a traditional femal mic splitter that separated into two jacks. One for audio and one for mic. It came with a usb one and when that is plugged into my pc it makes it incredibly hard to hear my My mic unless it directly next to my mouth. Other sound and even mic quality are extremely amazing.

This product is exactly what I was looking for! It does the job fairly well for gaming and even better for music. It matches well with my Xbox.

Sound is actually good across the board. Microphone is a bit metallic, but tolerable for the receiving end. Headphones are clear and capable. If you wear glasses, note the padding for the earcups will get annoying for long sessions as they press against the frames. Got these on sale and was able to test using a few conference calls and gaming sessions. The USB connection is important for windows based computers, I haven't bothered with the corsair software.

Too bad this isn’t my first headset, it’s honestly alright for the price, it’s a little tight on my head, and my head isn’t that large, Yes the adjustments will help with that but it’s still really stiff, the microphone isn’t the best when in parties, the sounds are amazing and get ear bleeding loud, other than that it’s solid. I recommend getting the SteelSeries headphones, those are comfy punchy and the mic is impeccable for online party chat performance.

This headset sounds great and the mic sounds good. I appreciate the wind sock included in the package and love the ability to detach the mic. Be prepared to break them in for comfort though. They are a bit heavy and quite snug out of the box. I'd recommend giving them a little stretch and try to wear them loose to alleviate the pressure on the head. The padding on the headband could use a little more too. Overall they are worth the price on sale.

The sound is too good and that the microphone can be removed is a very big plus. However, I think the material, in general, looks simple. But I liked the product too much.

Bought it for my kid and he says is really good. The mic is good and is very comfortable on the ears. Sound quality is stereo, but it is decent. Would recommend it.

These headphones provide a more than satisfactory surround sound experience in the $50-$60 price range. Haven't tested the microphone but I hear it is noise cancelling and unidirectional making this a good choice for the PC Gamer with no mic or a console gamer looking for a surround sound experience for a great price. I highly recommend these. (NOTE: My ears were sore for the first 2 days using them as i was getting used to the fit and ear cups but you get used to them pretty quickly, please give these a chance. Not sure if this is only for me or not put just putting it out there.

Great headphones. I use these for conference calls for hours daily, and the sound is crisp and clear. They are light and comfortable for all day use. Definitely recommend!!
