Microphone quality worked well on discord after getting all the drivers and discord settings sorted out. The microphone filter slips off pretty often but not a big deal. The surround sound 7.1 is great after tweaking equalizer settings, but intermittently while gaming or listening to music the sound drops out. Haven’t found any consistency, but unplugging the usb and plugging it back in resolves that. Also the auto positioning in iCue was annoying for certain games. I just leave this option disabled. In general, iCue is not my favorite application to use but it is okay for controlling the equalizer and surround settings. I got these on sale, and I was satisfied with the price. But if I paid the actual price for these, I wouldn’t be as satisfied. That is why I do not recommend this product.

A bit bulky even for an adult. You need to buy an adapter if you want the 7.1 surround sound while gaming. Be sure to configure your wireless X Box One controller before using. Otherwise they don't work. I suggest using YouTube to figure that out.

Great sound quality with an ability to block out outside noice very well. The mic pics up very well. I highly recommend getting this headset or any Corsair headset to be honest.
