Bought this to pair with K95 RGB PLATINUM Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (also purchased from Best Buy). Great sound (especially after a 40hr break-in period). Can't rate on gaming performance (game sound effects and mic)

I like these headphones! They do seem to cut out every so often or I get some feedback. Not sure if it is the game I am playing, the headphones, or the usb adapter it uses to connect to the PC. They generally sound a lot better than my old cheap head phones I was using!

Sound quality is defiantly an improvement compaired to my previous headset I like that it comes with a USB to 3.5mm adapter but it must be used to use the 7.1 surround sound. I am happy to use the 3.5mm for my needs and sound quality is great. I can drown out sounds in the background without cranking my volume, which is nice. My wife likes mine so I will most likely be buying her a pair for her

Good quality, sound and functionality, but had an issue with the microphone not working after a couple of weeks and had to go back to Best Buy to get assistance at which time the device software had to be uninstalled to get it to work. But now it works fine again.

This headset has great sound on all levels and I very decent mic on my Xbox one x and my Xbox series X. Great build quality and materials. My only issue that I have had is the break in period on the flexibility of the headset. The headset will squeeze your head a good amount until it breaks in. Mine is now still breaking in but got much more comfortable after the first two weeks.

After two years, still chugging along. Very small profile, flush against your head, if in a dark room, someone might even think you don't have a headset on. Built like a tank(!!!) that will actually bust up your desk or monitor if you aren't careful. Volume wheel has a min-max stop. I don't know why professional reviewers say it doesn't have good neutral sound. I use it only for Xbox One so there's no software, no EQ, just 3.5mm aux as-is, and it sounds excellent. They say it sounds "bassy" - heck no, if anything, it's got no bass which isn't a bad thing. With Windows Sonic enabled, you can clearly tell which direction gunfire and steps are coming from. As for the surround audio, I do not use the USB dongle on PC so I can't help you there. But if it sounds this good through a Xbox controller, I'm sure it's excellent through USB. I also do not use mic so I can't help you there either. It does clamp just a tad tighter than I wish it didn't (I'm talking like tiny ounces), but the shape and swiveling makes it not uncomfortable. I have used it for 3-4 hours straight no problem. You'll notice it's on your head, but it's not like squeezing.
