Honestly the setup should be more plug it in and go. The bluetooth standalone without the dongle is spotty at best and tends to not want to reconnect. Getting the direct link dongle connected was another story. Had to download corsairs software and repair both the headset and the dongle. Then force pair the headset to it. Its a lot of messing around. Once you get it working though its rather comfortable and the battery life is good if you keep the rgb off.

They are perfect for gaming. They sound just as good as the a50's and the nova pro's, and for nearly half the price. Friends have said that the microphone sounds great in discord calls. The RGB is very subtle, the sailboats and the end of the microphone glow.

I love these headphones simple to use and connect, lots of customizable audio settings and the battery life is amazing , great customer service as well.

I’ll keep this short and simple, I wanted to upgrade from Corsair Void’s where the side tone (self voice monitoring) works phenomenal. This headset seemed promising, good battery life, decent audio quality and comfort. However, after reading and watching info, the mic quality is WORSE than the Void’s. Even after all the firmware and software updates. More importantly, Corsair refuses to acknowledge that there is a SideTone issue. The thing is, it works, but only if you shove the mic up your mouth. Only then can you hear yourself. I tried all fixes I found online, like I said, it works, it is just not loud enough. I can’t believe people use headsets without sidetone. How do you people talk to other people in person? With your hands covering your ears like ear muffs? There is literally NO reason to NOT have side tone on headsets, yet everyone is okay with this not being an issue? Again, extremely overpriced for quality of the mic and side tone issues. I ended up returning it. One star because it was a complete waste of time.

I bought these as an upgrade from my HS80's thinking they would be an improvement. I saw not bad reviews and some spec upgrades that made it seem worth it. But after owning and using these for well over a year now they have been nothing but trouble. Constant cutting out, glitchy audio and random shutoffs anything that could go wrong with these has and any troubleshooting I have tried has failed to fix any of my issues with these. Not to mention they somehow made the mic on these sound worse the the older ones. The ONLY upgrade I can see with these is that better battery life. But that is not enough to make me want to keep using these and I have since switched back to my original HS80's. If you want a decent pair of wireless headphones just get the normal HS80's and AVOID THE HS80 MAX!

They sound clear and are great quality. I did have a small issue with some static when I had the receiver on the back of my computer, but when I changed it to one of the front USB it solved my issues. Fantastic product.

A little clamped feeling. Bass is way too much during initial use. Upon using dolby atmos to set eq. Long lasting battery life. They are terrific! Easy accessibility and nice look!

Seems like a great product overall, but lacked adjustable sizing. Would not fit over the intended person’s head. Being adjustable would take it from a 3 star product to a 5 star. Ended up returning due to size
