Excellent Headphones that connect to both my PC and Laptop easily.

Great headset but I have issues with it auto dis connecting from my pc and have to unplug the dongle and re plug it in and it works fine for a good 2 hours or so then I have to repeat.

Headset was comfortable, and thats all it had going for it Constant disconnect and reconnect issues

This headset has an amazing fit, and felt super comfortable even after a few hours. However, that's about the only positive I can say for it. I have other Corsair products so I already am a user of iCue, and know their systems well. I hooked this thing up, charged it for a bit, and started doing some tests and ended up returning it same day. The sound quality was fine (I'd expect more from a headset at this price point), but the Mic quality was AWFUL. I heard so many glowing reviews of this thing, so I was very surprised. It took me an hour just to get the mic to even work, and then everyone I talked to said I sounded like I was far away or unclear in general. I tested it myself and found the same results. I updated the firmware, have iCue fully up to date and have had no issue using other Corsair products (including the old Virtuoso's from a few years ago). I'm really disappointed, I was hoping for better here but these aren't it. I may try another unit in the future (maybe mine was a lemon?) but I am not expecting much. I will update my review if I do so, I hope Corsair does better here!

A little weird sounding when first using the headset but after setting up an audio profile and adjusting g some settings I really enjoy the headphones, id recommend getting some better ear cushions for them for better sound dampening.

65 hour battery life is a joke. These things barely last a full day before I have to charge them. Of course once they were out of Best Buy's warranty range they totally died on me. I had to contact Corsair and they gave me a refurbished pair or fixed them not entirely sure. New headset still doesn't have a long charge and they make a random weird sound occasionally. I don't like the velcro band. They are comfortable though and I have used them to record voice stuff and they actually sound good. So a few positives. I just wish we had gone for a different brand.

Ive used this headset for the better half of a month, i have to say this is the best investment ive made for my PC and PS5 it switches seamlessly through both; my one and only issue but very minor is the sound suppression sometimes it works most of the time it doesn’t

Good value for the price. For the price, it should have slightly better performance in the mic (slightly airy sounding) and better tuning for console default.

Probably one of the better headsets in this price point for what it’s offering. Just wish the ear cups were more breathable for my ears.

I really like these headphones. They have a great feature where they turn off if no sound has played after a while which saves me from forgetting to turn them off. Great product especially if they are on sale!

The hs80 max is an exceptional headset. With multiple forms of audio control and space formating options. Easily accessible and programable rgb. Hand down my go to for a wireless headset.

This piece of garbage has never worked correctly. terrible connection, it keeps dropping connection with my PC. it disconnects and throws everything off. the sound quality is trash, biggest waste of money ever. i need to get the word out to as many people as possible to not trust this product or really any Corsiar garbage headsets ever.

I get a popping sound when audio from Discord comes through the left ear of the headset. Pretty underwhelmed with the quality for the price. I preferred my regular HS80 headset.

it honestly works great! i havnt had any issues except with charging from computer PC port, spamming 'charging'. just charge it off the wall

I am scoring this a one only due to comfortability, other that than I have had 2 sets in the past month, took them a bit to be recognized by icue software and once it did recognize them there wasn’t really much to do with them. They disconnected all the time and if you lift the mic up route for too long the mic just wouldn’t work again for me unless I closed out the game disconnected the headset and reconnected. Both times. The first set the audio would crackle and also glitch out resulting in a techno like buzzing to eventually just shut off or disconnect. I gave it another shot and the second set disappointed me all the same problems. I will be returning and picking up a set of Steelseries nova pros tomorrow. I’m done fighting with these. Could just be double bad luck for me but I will not recommend these to anyone.
