Could be a lemon but at the end of the day not what I paid for.

The Atmos feature (which is why I bought this) does not work that well. I guess for headphones , for now, this is the best as it’s going to be. I’ll go back to using my Sony’s they have a better sound quality over all. Also you can hear all that’s going on around outside of the headphones. So if you don’t want to hear things outside of your headphones, don’t get these. Not worth the price.

The headphones should be able to help provide a good amount of isolation when you are using the headphones. Did you have your microphone and sidetone enabled? This can pipe in audio from your environment via your microphone. Fitment would also play a factor to ensure you had a proper closure of the earpads over your ears. My experience with this product and Best Buy has been an absolute nightmare. I paid $158 for this product and the quality of it feels extremely cheap for that price. The headphones have an adjustable strap, but the frame is not adjustable, which limits their size and makes the fit extremely uncomfortable. Because of this, I attempted to return the item and realized the return window is only 15 days!! I missed this window and Best Buy will not even allow me to exchange these for another pair or receive store credit. 15 days is barley enough time to gift the item and allow the person receiving it to decide if they like it. My experience with customer service was so disappointing and difficult. Just an fyi for Best Buy shoppers—beware—the return policy is ridiculous and customer service sucks!

Immediately noticed incredible difference in microphone quality (eerily good, doesn't sound like you're using a mic at all) and sound quality in games. After about 2 hours of use, however, this thing began to give me the worst pressure headaches of my life. I tried wearing them for a week to see if extended use would make them better, but this provided no relief. Mind you, I have a large head, but the VOID Pros fit on me no issue whatsoever. TL;DR: If you have a normal sized head and don't mind very tight headphones, definitely buy these. If you have a caveman sized head like me avoid these and buy something else, trust me.

But the mic sucks and hard for people to hear you and the batter doesn’t let king only like 2 hrs. But is does sound good. Maybe I got a faulty on. Ether way I’m returning it
