    First thing, if you plan on using this long-term I can't recommend them. They're very uncomfortable given the only thing holding them on your head is an elastic velcro band. I returned these and upgraded to the Virtuoso RGB's as their much more comfortable. Also, the battery life on these isn't amazing. About 12-13 hours was what I was averaging.

    They were okay while they worked

    They sounded okay when they worked. They weren't exactly comfortable. After about a day, the USB dongle stopped connecting to computers and would constantly connect and disconnect from whatever it was connected to. I had about 24 hours with these before I returned them and went with Bose headphones instead.

    It didn’t work for me. The wireless didnt work properly as it has static noise. I initially exchanged it for same product but it had the same problem. I ended up buying another brand (Logitec)

    Not great. Fell apart after a few months. Corsair has fallen off. Apps terrible.

    Functionality is really good for the moat part its plug and play, battery could be better but it could be realted to the included charger its not the fastest charger. Unless you run a full corsair build i would not reccomend the corsair software as it works just fine without it

    Not really loud enough for me during FPS games and not comfortable for big ears lol.

      Sorry to hear about your experience. Have you tried adjusting the floating headband to relieve stress from your head? In terms of the loudness - I suggest checking your sound settings (either Windows' Control Panel or PlayStation'4 sound settings) to make sure the volume is not being limited.     Headset has crackling 7 months after purchase, extended gaming sessions the headset is uncomfortable for my own needs.

    Everything about tbis headset is stellar but for one thing. One thing corsair lied deeply on. I did a test to see how long the batteriest actually last. Had them on for 11.5 hours and they died, while playing some games and listening to music. They are advertised as 24 hours i believe or 20 minimum. Very misleading product.

    Overpriced and muddy sound

    These headphones have the worst sound at this price that it is unbelieveable they havent dropped the price. Save your money up and invest in something better. The sound quality is super muddy.

    It really deserves less than a 1-star review. Issue after issue, support just wants to run you around in circles wasting precious time all over a $120 headset. I will never buy any corsair products ever again. Complete piece of trash that will randomly stop working mid-game. It's not rocket science to make a headset function properly.

    Unfortunately, never really got to experience how these sounded, because they don't work. Half the time they won't charge properly. They also will not work out of the box because they require a driver update. Unfortunately, the instructions on where to acquire drivers send you to a website that is 404'd, and the corsair corp website doesn't have the supported driver downloads anymore. If you buy this, you will not be able to use it.
