Had these now for 6 months as my main headsets and can say now they are the best headphones I’ve ever used on pc. Especially with the Dolby Atmos the sound quality is just great and yous can hear all footsteps and details perfectly.

I bought these headphones to replace my last set, and boy can I say I am glad I did. The mic quality on this headset is comparable to that of a $200 mic. The accessibility with the corsair program to fine tune the headset is also incredible. So far 0 complaints for an affordable headset.

I purchased this headset to use with my WFH laptop. I like the fact that it is wireless and gives me the opportunity to move around while talking. Another benefit is, It stays charged my entire 9 to 10 hr shift. The only issue I have is that it's a tad bit heavier than my old wired headset.

Signal range is WEAK. I can't take 5 steps without a connection interruption, which is most often accompanied by a loud BEEP that can't be turned down or muted. The battery life is also shorter than expected. Near MINIMUM volume (under 10%) without rgb, 8hrs. No idea how they boldly claim up to 20, maybe if it's turned off completely. That's terribly disappointing because I wanted to like these. They're very comfortable, seem well-built, and (after adjusting settings in iCUE) the sound quality is superb. But I buy wireless so I can occasionally listen to podcasts while doing things, especially mundane things like cooking or getting a drink 1 room away. I've had other RF headsets also boasting a 60ft range where I could go do laundry or even check the mail outside with minimal interruption. This? Can't leave the room. As chained as buying wired. Other reviews recommend updating the drivers, but they are up to date. (HS80 Firmware v 5.6.39 No New Updates; HS80 Wireless Receiver Firmware v 5.5.102 No New Updates; iCUE v 4.19.191)

Nice sound, comfortable, and the icue software is easy to use.

The headset is very comfortable with the cloth ear pads and adjustable strap to make a perfect fit. The sound is crisp and clear and the microphone is likewise clear. The only problem I've had is that the battery life is not long at all, only a couple hours. I've had to use it plugged in more times than not. If you can get into the habit of charging it every night however, it should be fine. Other than that it's perfect for the average gamer.

Great sound, on par with the hyper x cloud 2 wireless, except the microphone on this headset is astronomically better than most other headsets on the market currently, especially wireless. The Dolby atmos sounds cool. And it has a good soundstage for gaming. Overall just a great gaming headset and would be a solid pick desktop, console, or laptop gaming.

Super comfortable gaming headset. Favorite feature was the mute switch in moving the microphone up or down/into position. ONLY bad part about these headphones was they only lasted roughly 9 months - I’m not hard on equipment. Simply shorted out one day. Thanks to TotalTech Protection, I was covered which is great because they were originally a bit pricey. Thanks, Best Buy!

Sound quality is really good, it can be used with USB in wired mode. I like the flip up to mute feature on the mic. I had an issue with crackly sound when running a game on certain menus but I resolved the issue by updating the driver and uninstalling the Corsair iQUE software. Hopefully they can resolve that.
