Decent headset but has some cons to it's pros

At all. -Icue software... still a pain in the rear to work with -Firmware updates take a special kind of patience to actually get it to push through. - RGB does not sync with the rest of your equipment - They are heavy, which the weight can eventually give you a headache on your skull for long periods of time. HS80 RGB - Were not my cup of tea. I miss the Corsair Vengeance 2000. One of the best headsets I ever owned. I have had Steel Series Artic 7's since the day they came out. Thankfully i was in return / exchange period and some Artic 7's came instock to switch out.

Thank you for your feedback. When updating firmware of our peripherals, we suggest connecting it to a direct USB port on your system (front/rear I/O), rather than via a USB hub or dock. You may synchronize lighting across iCUE devices via the Scenes feature, or the Lighting Link lighting profiles.
