My first wireless headset

Sorry to hear that it's not working when the cable is plugged in, it should be able to connect via USB to your computer. Have you tested it on different USB ports or on another computer to see if the issues is with the headset's USB port? First the sleep time on them are really short maybe one or two min without audio and they shutoff really annoying have to turn them back on all the time. Second issues is they have problems staying connected they constantly disconnect sitting about 3 feet from the dongle.

It's was very comfortable, but the battery life was not what it was supposed to be. She couldn't make it a whole 8 hour shift without it dying in her. Maybe we got a defective one, but went with another brand after returning it.

Then contacted support they suggested that I do what I had already had done and stated in my support request that I already done it. I returned and purchased another pair I believe the problem was the IQUE software not the actual headphones as the problem started after there was an update .
