Extended hours of use causes slight discomfort near temple of head resulting in headache with continued use

Thank you for your feedback. Have you tried dimming the headset's RGB lighting to help prolong battery life? I would also make sure your headset's firmware is up-to-date via Device Settings in iCUE. The worst headset I've ever owned

I was able to fix it by adjusting some Windows Settings, but it kept undoing my work and making me redo it. The range is pitiful, at best 20% the distance that my Corsair Void Elite (Which is only 100$) is capable of. The strap is velcro, which is a weird choice, and people said I kept off and on sounding like I'd taken a hit of helium. Without a doubt, the worst headset I've ever owned. I returned it within an hour as I would be happier using the free airplane headphones I got in the 90s, but luckily I was able to exchange it for a much better product. I love Corsair, but they really missed the mark by every metric.
