Got this for my wofe for work. It's was very comfortable, but the battery life was not what it was supposed to be. She couldn't make it a whole 8 hour shift without it dying in her. Maybe we got a defective one, but went with another brand after returning it.

Great headset. Only downside is that I can’t use ICU to configure the headsets sound but instead need to use another software.

Absolutely horrendous downgrade from the previous models they've released. Awful audio quality, horrible software, and over-all use. Mic will randomly just cut out, and you have to re-open the software, because it randomly closes for some reason. Ongoing issue for a long time with the ICUE software. In regard to the hardware, they used cheap velcro as a way of adjusting the headset, rather than the previous model's way of adjusting. Microphone cuts out at a significantly shorter distance than previous models as well. I was able to go to separate floors of my home with the previous model, where as this headset cuts out less than 8 feet away from the receiver. Speaking of, the headset will randomly cut out on and off, even when plugged in, and this isn't exclusive to mine. Overall a huge disappointment from previous models, to the point everything about it is a MASSIVE downgrade. I don't know what the heck they were thinking releasing this, especially for the price.

Mid audio quality for a high price, to be honest I've tried multiple headphones and I am an audiophile the only reason I considered the purchase is Corsair sometimes delivers with quality at a higher price and sometimes it's fluff this is one of the fluff items they sell. It sounds worse then my akg earbuds and those are pretty cheap

Good quality headset. I didnt like the way you adjust the straps for the headset though. Easy to use. Simple plug and play.

Great headset. Wish it had a way to control game volume and chat volume but other than that I give em 4 stars.

Easy setup, good sound and comfortable. Great for gaming and voice chat.
