Thank you for your feedback. Have you tried adjusting the floating headband to allow you to wear the headset for extended sessions? In regard to the wireless range and battery life - please check to see if your HS80 is on the latest firmware via our iCUE software. It doesn't automatically switch inputs when connected, like my bluetooth headset does. I have to manually change the playback option in Windows for it to work. Also, it's incredibly difficult to turn on. I have to hold the power button between 15 and 30 seconds before it finally powers up.
